There are many activities just a few minutes away, such as several Golf Courses (Eagles Landing Golf Course is within 3 miles), convention center, 'The Wilderness,'or if you wish to go fishing or boating in Douglas Lake, the Main Marina is only a short distance away (approximately 15 - 20 Min). Many nearby attractions of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Dollywood make this Cabin a wonderful choice for the lodging needs of your Smoky Mountain vacation. Visit the 'Titanic' Exhibit, see a show at Dixie Stampede or go thru the Wonder Works Building. The amusement park Dollywood, 2 Water parks, mini golf, Nascar Speed Park, hiking, horseback riding, ziplining , ice skating, snow skiing or musical theaters are all nearby. If you prefer the historic Cades Cove with its many sightings of Bears and other wildlife or go to Arts & Craft Shops you won't be disappointed . There are many wonderful Restaurants in the area to choose from. Once you return from your outings you can either relax in your cabin or (seasonal) enjoy a swim in the community swimming pool.
The convention center is few miles away ,also enjoy the Wilderness with one of the biggest water parks in Sevierville area.
The cabin is about 1550 Sq ft , maximum capacity is 9 guests.
Eagles Haven Cabin doesn't accept any
reservation without signing the rental agreement.

Eagle's Haven Cabin Rental Rules and Guidlines
This Rental Agreement and Contract (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by and between the undersigned person(s) or company (the “Guest”) and the undersigned owner, manager or agent (“Rental Agent”), pursuant to which the Guest has agreed to rent the residence described below (the “Property”), for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein.
The property is under 24 hours surveillance camera and central alarm , trespassing or early check in will trigger the alarm and police will be automatically dispatched.
Please advise your reservation will be automatically cancelled if the signed and initialed agreement is not returned within 3 business days of reservation plus $75 administrative fees!! ( no refunds will be issued if you are out of the grace period).
eg: if the grace period or refund period is 60 days and you need to cancel you reservation 59 days before check in we will hold all the moneys, plus 75 administrative fee in case of not recieving the signed agreement.
Use of appliances or utilities beyond normal use will lead to extra charges that will be evaluated after your check out, examples are using too much water, fans running or TV on without being there in the property. This helps us to keep our prices down.
The cabin doesn't have a waiting area for guests to wait for their check in. Early arrivals or late departures will lead to extra charges and or cancellation of your reservation.
We love pets but they are not allowed under any circumstances. Please keep your pet at home or we would be happy to help you find a pet hotel in the area.
Parking on the lawn, grass or on the side of the road is prohibited. Parking is only allowed at parking areas, ( our parking is very spacious and big enough for 2 cars).
Damages to the property, lawn or natural areas including plants and tress will incur extra charges on your credit card.
Guest agrees that no more than [6 Guests] persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Guest under this Agreement, unless more guests have been approved by the owner.
CONDITION AND USE OF PROPERTY
The Property is provided in “as is” condition. Rental Agent shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access or hot tubs, fireplaces as applicable. Rental Agent shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, fireplaces, decks, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk.
Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property and keep the Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guest use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property. Please be aware that the road in front of the cabin is a one way road!
If Guest should fail to comply with the conditions and obligations of this Agreement, Guest shall surrender the Property, remove all Guest’s property and belongings and leave the Property in good order and free of damage. No refund of any portion of the Total Rental Fee shall be made and if any legal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all costs incurred.
ASSIGNMENT OR SUBLEASE
Guest shall not assign or sublease the Property or permit the use of any portion of the Property by other persons who are not family members or guests of the Guest and included within the number of and as permitted occupants under this Agreement.
RISK OF LOSS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the Property by Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and Rental Agent shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever.
Guest hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Agent and their agents, owners, successors, employees and contractors from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by Guest, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of Guest due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by Guest or family and visitors of Guest in or about the Property and Guest expressly agrees to save and hold Rental Agent harmless in all such cases.
Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Rental Agent, the Property owner and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Guest on or near or adjacent to the Property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility.
ENTRY AND INSPECTION
Rental Agent reserves the right to enter the Property at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the Property, any repairs or showing the Property to prospective purchasers, renters or other authorized persons. If Rental Agent has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property, Rental Agent may enter the Property without advance notice.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY
In the event the Property is not available for use during the Rental Term due to reasons, events or circumstances beyond the control of Rental Agent, Rental Agent will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the Property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the Guest. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, Rental Agent shall immediately return all payments made by the Guest, whereupon this Agreement shall be terminated and Guest and Rental Agent shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this Agreement.
ADDITIONAL TERMS TO THE RENAL AGREEMENT
In addition to the standard terms included herein, Guest acknowledges and agrees that the following additional terms and conditions apply to the Guest’s rental of the Property:
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with regard to the rental of the Property, and any changes, amendments or modifications hereof shall be void unless the same are in writing and signed by both the Guest and the Rental Agent. The words “Rental Agent” and “Guest” shall include their respective heirs, successors, representatives. The waiver or failure to enforce any breach or provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of that or any other provision in any subsequent breach thereof. If any provision herein is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected. Any notice required to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and sent to the contact information included herein. This Agreement may be signed in one or more counterparts, each of which is an original, but taken together constitute one in the same instrument. Execution of a digital signature shall be deemed a valid signature.

This is a NON SMOKING unit ; if smoking is detected in the cabin, I understand I will be billed $250-$500 for extra cleaning required.
The signer of this agreement is 21 years of age. The signer must also be a guest and present.
PETS: Pets are not permitted in the rental unit under any conditions. This is a restriction to all guests mandated by the resort community. I understand if I bring a pet I will be billed $250-$500 for additional cleaning plus any damages.
DAMAGES/SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $300 will be charged 24 hours before check in and will be refunded completely if no damages occured . There will be no charge, provided that the following provisions are met.
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or smoking within the unit.
All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outside trash can and the lid is secured.
All dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started prior to leaving.
Thermostat is returned to 70 degrees, (if on Heat), or 80 degrees, (if on Cooling), in the cabin prior to checking out.
All lights are turned off and all windows securely closed and locked.
TVS , DVD players, Fireplaces must be turned off before departure.
The unit is locked properly at all times prior to leaving and when checking out.
No linens are lost or damaged.
NO early check-in or late check out unless approved by the owner.
All dirty towels are left in the bath tub.
The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by the community.
The Pool Pass is left on the table during the Months of May to September.
Damage to the cabin: I understand that it is my responsibility to review the cabin upon entry and notify the owner of any pre-existing damages to the property; I further understand that I accept responsibility for any issues found on inspection after my departure that were not reported.
PAYMENT: The total payment is due in accordance to your billing statement, payments are not refundable.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or early departure does not warrant a refund of rent.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is limited to the amount listed at reservation time. An additional charge of $20.00 per person per night for guests in addition to the number indicated on this reservation may be assessed. Please complete the guest list on the Acceptance form.
INCLUSIVE FEES: Rates include a onetime linen and towel setup , limted toilet paper , paper towel ,and dish soap depending on availability .Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring your own towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
Check out procedure:
Check out must be completed by 11am EST. There will be a $45 charge of any late check out up to 1 day charge, if not previously authrozed by the owners.
Before check out , all trash is expected to be placed in the gray trash can on the deck near the hot tub or down by the resort dumpster.
All dirty dishes, are to be washed in the dishwasher and must be run at least 2 hours before check out.
Dirty linens, sheets, towels are to be placed in one of the bathrooms bath tub. Appliances must be turned off, thermostat turned to 70 degrees F in the winter and 80 degrees F in the summer.
Please make sure that the cabin doors are locked before leaving.
Please be advised in the event that the above check out procedure isn't completed an additional fee will be applied and charged to your credit or debit card on file.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS: Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance by the owner.
PARKING: Parking is limited to (2) vehicles. If you need a space for a third vehicle please let me know prior to your arrival. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
HOT TUB: No children under the age of 12 are to be permitted in the hot tube at anytime. When using the hot tub, remember there is certain health risks associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, and refill, then it is replenished with chemicals. This is done in preparation to your arrival. Therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged $300.00 to replace the cover. Remember, when not using the hot tub, leave the cover on, so the water in the hot tub will stay warm.
HOT TUB RULES
HOT TUB: We invite you to relax and enjoy the hot tub.
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) state that becoming overheated in a hot tub is not recommended during pregnancy. When using the hot tub, remember there is certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
Please don’t use the jets more than 15 minutes, excessive use will cause damage to the motor and shut down.
While the hot tub is not being used, please make sure it is covered and the jets are off.
Hot Tub hours are from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Use of hot tub outside of these hours may be cause for eviction without a refund. The Property is located in a residential area with strict curfew laws associated with "excessive" noise. Please keep noise levels to a minimum.
Please check the temperature of the water in the hot tub before use. Maximum safe water temperature should be established by a medical practitioner, not to exceed 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
Minors under the age of 18 shall not utilize the hot tub unsupervised. Unsupervised use by children is strictly prohibited. Never leave children unattended in the vicinity of the hot tub.
Do not add anything to the water including foaming bubbles, chemicals, soaps, bath oils, etc. If these items are used in the hot tubs, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
Absolutely no candles (of any type), food or drinks are allowed on or in the hot tub.
Absolutely no shoes are to be worn in the hot tub, electrical appliances should be used in or near the hot tub.
Surrounding patio/deck may be slippery and dangerous when wet.
Persons who have high blood pressure, skin sensitivities ,or who might be pregnant are strongly urged not to use a hot tub. If in doubt, please consult with a physician prior to using the hot tub.
Observe reasonable time limits to avoid nausea, dizziness and fainting. Should you experience any o symptoms, carefully exit the hot tub immediately.
Lessee agrees to leave the hot tub in the same condition it was received.
Lessee agrees to fully reimburse and indemnify Leaser for damage caused to the hot tub during lease term, including damage caused by any person, including invited or uninvited guests, and children.
Lessee understands there will be no reduction in rental fees if the hot tub is unused or unavailable during the term of Leaser's rental period.
Please do not turn off or unplug the hot tub.
Splashing water or water overflow due to extra people in hot tub will trip the switch and extra repairs which will be charged to your credit card.
It is recommended that no jewelry is worn in the hot tub due to chemicals used. The chemicals in hot tubs can also affect color-treated hair and damage swimsuits.
These Rules are part of the rental agreement and I agree in case of not following the guidelines extra charge will be incured on my credit card.
Do not add any soap, bubble bath or any kind of substance to the hot tub. Drinking eating or smoking isn't permited while you are in the hot tub.
COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL: During the summer season the pool is open from dawn till dusk. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty. See attached Pool Rules. Please do not forget to leave the pool pass on the table upon leaving or a replacement fee will be assessed. Pool is open only during the summer season, please verify before check in.
FIREPLACE: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. Fireplace is set at certain level and vented in a certain setting for your safety please don't try to change the settings.
The Fireplace operation is limited to the period from October to March. The damper and the fire flame is set up for your safety, please do not try to change the set up as it may be a fire hazard.
SEPTIC: The cabin is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper materials are flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged for the damages up to $300.00.
STORM POLICY: STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Roads are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
Your Belongings are your responsibility, and also the cabin contents. Please make sure to lock the doors during your stay and while you are gone.
All of the cabins are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Spent a great, hassle free weekend in this beautiful cabin. Communication with David was only there when needed, which we greatly appreciated. This limited the feeling of staying in someone else's space and made it truly feel like our home for the weekend.
All the amenities, from the TV to the hot tub, were perfect. The only negative I can think of was that there were quiet a few stink bugs that we had to get rid of over the course of the weekend. I personally think this is just one of those trade offs for staying in such a beautiful, natural setting, but I could see others thinking of it as a nuisance.
Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and would certainly come back if I am ever in the Smoky Mountain area again!
Hi Clare, Thank you so much for the wonderful review. We do love the serenity and the quietness in the mountains. Lady Bugs and Stink bugs are normal during this time of the year. As explained in the cabin , the lady bug helps in controlling diseases in trees like apples and pecans. Again thank you for your visit and we will look forward for your next stay.
The comfort, space, beauty and calm of Eagles Haven make it one of the greatest cabin I ever stayed in. The whole stay was as smooth, pleasant and relaxing as one can be. We felt like home and had delightful sensations of true vacation time. We can't wait to have the opportunity to come back and enjoy again the luxury of this place. David is a great and kind host and it was a pleasure to deal with him.
The cabin is lovely. Great for a group! Two rooms with queen beds. Upstairs loft area has three twin beds, which are a bit soft and do just fine for kids. Sleeper sofa in the main room. Tons of kitchen utensils, great for cooking and grilling.
Don't use the hottub after 9:30pm. Do your dishes more than 2 hours before you check out. Don't use the normal white washcloths for makeup removal. Don't change the settings on the fireplace.
To stay at this cabin, you need to sign and initial each page of a 9-page contract. There are reminders of the rules around the cabin. The host does a good job of telling you how much you will be charged if you break the rules. You will receive text and possibly phone call reminders of these rules.
We had last minute issues with the car we rented for this trip resulting in our group waiting at the cabin while someone was at the mechanic. The host is now requesting $250 for the oil spill on their driveway.
I understand wanting to preserve your home, but within limits of normal wear and tear from human beings. This is a different style of hospitality.
Caitlin , thanks so much for pointing out the amenities in the cabin. We always work hard to keep it clean, everything is up and running and in good condition for our guests and for my family when we go on vacation. Signing the contract and agreeing on house rules is a basic procedure for all private cabin owners or even cabin companies. Simply you are welcome in my cabin if you are going to take care of it and leave it the way that you found it. Leaving a huge 2 spots of oil; 8 feet by 5 feet each; in my cabin drive way in unacceptable . Your family was aware of the problem since you checked in, and though didn't care if it damaged my driveway . The amount of oil that was spilled on my property isn't normal wear and tear.
I'm sorry that you felt that way about my hospitality , but I think I accommodated you folks the best I could.
Beautiful cabin, with beautiful views. Quiet and peaceful afternoons in the hot tub were very relaxing and pleasant. The cabin itself was cozy and very inviting. David was very friendly and easy to reach.
The host David was so welcoming. When my family and I arrived at the cabin, we were very excited by how well equipped and cozy it was. David even had left us sparkling apple cider for us, a fun & generous touch! The cabin fit the description and more. We didn’t realize how spacious and fun the upstairs loft was going to be. It is situated in a development of similar cabins, but there is privacy, as well as a beautiful view of the mountains, especially on a clear day. It definitely had a rustic feel, but we were definitely not isolated and still close to grocery stores, restaurants, and drug stores.
We were welcomed with a nice bottle of sparkling cider. The cabin was very nice. There were 6 of us and we had more than enough room. We had everything we needed and we're close enough to the store to pick up things we didn't have. The only thing that was not so great was that they have cameras and they do monitor you. We received friendly reminders about the door lock and the hot tub cover (which was accidentally left uncovered overnight). We completely understand wanting to keep everything up and running and in great condition for the next guests but we didn't like the feeling of being watched when we were on vacation. I would say it's a great place if you don't much so mind that aspect. It just wasn't for us. But the hosts are great as is the cabin.
Ashley, I'm glad that you enjoyed our cabin as well as your vacation, the amenities, the comfort , the convenience , adding to that the quietness and the serenity of the mountains. I apologize if the OUTSIDE security cameras bothered you. As it was mentioned in the agreement, and the outside signs, that the property is being monitored 24 hours by surveillance cameras outside the cabin. For the convenience of our guests , we don't have an office where you have to stop and pick up the keys, but rather use your own code to access the cabin. And just like any other hotels , swimming pool areas, they are monitored by cameras.
And yes we do refer to the recorded tapes if any of the guests caused damages or abused our property. We experienced in the past guests bringing animals even though pets aren't allowed by guests in the cabin.
We will keep monitoring the outside area of the cabin by surveillance cameras for security and protection of our cabins.
