Great apartment in a quiet building, just a few blocks from line 13 on the subway. The bakery across the street sells amazing bread! Overall, value for the money. We were six people and it was pushing it in terms of space and hot water availability but nevertheless, thank you Ingrid and Kevin for making it so easy to communicate with you! A tip for the traveller: don't take line 4 when looking for the place as the area around the station looks very sketchy.
I am very pleased about staying here. Everything is as in description, contact with the host is very pleasant. Ingrid provides extensive guide about neighborhood, transport and how to reach main atractions. Ingrid & Kevin, thank you for a nice stay.
Getting to stay in Ingrid's apartment was wonderful! 1 week before our trip we realized that our travel plans fell through and so it was last minute that we had to book. Ingrid and her brother made us feel SO welcome even though we were so last minute. The apartment was a short walk from the metro which was easy to figure out and nice to have so close. There was plenty of room in the apartment for 5 girls who brought a LOT of luggage ;)
I would highly recommend this listing to anyone who was considering it. It wasn't super close to central paris which was nice because you didn't have tourists or high prices in the shops.
Thank you for a lovely time in Paris!
Ingrid's apartment was an excellent choise for our group of 5 adults (two couples + one). The place was exactly what we expected. The kitchen is equipped in all necessary pans, pots and dishes so we were able to prepare our meels easily. There is a Franprix shop right behind the corner and a Lidl shop 5min away, and some bakeries too, so shopping was convenient. The place is close to a metro station so getting arround Paris was easy too.
The flat is very nice and we felt at home there since the first minutes. Ingrid, Kevin (ingrid's brother) and Kevin's friend, who welcomed us, were all wery friendly and polite.
I recommend Ingrid's flat to everyone.
Everything was so great! I travel a lot, but I've never done this airbnb thing! It was my first! Usually I take a hotel, but this time we were traveling with a big bunch of people (7 of us - but 3 children aged 9-13), so taking a hotel would be inconvenient. In here we could cook our own food and so on.. So we could spend less money on eating. Didn't have to go to a restaurant for every meal..
The apartment was big enough even for the 7 of us. There were 2 big beds and one sofa, which you can open and make a bed out of it. So we all got a place to sleep! (Oh and by the way - the bed was so comfortable!)
Wifi was good.. there was enough plates, forks, knives, mugs, pots, pans and so on.. in the kitchen :) Everything was clean..
We didn't met Ingrid since she doesn't live in France right now, but his brother was our host and he was also very lovely and helpful! The area was good! And there is a really good boulangerie nearby.
All in all.. a really great experience with a great price! I would definitely recommend it!
Thanks Ingrid and Kevin for few lovely days in Paris!
Especially lots of thanks to Kevin who was very welcoming & helped out with information and answered to many questions about Paris. Information what we got to email was complete - how to get everywhere, how to find places and much more! Didn't have problems at all to the way.
Flat is very nice, warm & sunny, especially cool is balcony and sight over rooftops!
