The house contains four bedrooms and a bungalow. Each two bedrooms share one bathroom and hall. The bungalow has a full bathroom, kitchen and small salon.
All the bedrooms have closet, adjustable stereo sound and air conditioning.
The ground floor has:
A 35 sq meter bungalow with private entrance is next to the main house. The bungalow has a double bed (1,60 m width), walk in closet, bathroom with a large shower. It also has a private kitchen and small salon with table, armchair and TV. It has direct exit to the garden and enjoys of excellent views to the bay of Sitges.
The first floor has:
A bedroom of 15 sq meters, with double bed, closet and excellent views and a bedroom of 10 sq meters with two bunk beds. Both rooms share a big bathroom inlaid in natural rock that has a bath tub and WC.
A bedroom of 16 sq meters, with double bed, closet and excellent views and a bedroom of 8 sq meters (with 2 bunk beds). These two bedrooms share a bathroom inlaid in natural rock with bath tub and separated WC.
The entire house is designed with the 155 sq meter garden in mind and introduces a comfortable, wood terrace surrounded by an abundance of vegetation that provides ample shade and a perfect environment for outdoor summer dinning.
Presiding in the garden is a 16 meter (52.5 feet) long pool with unique characteristics: a central 12 meter (39 feet) by 3 meter (10 feet) vase, possible for swimming; a 60 cm deep area for massages; and a number of areas with a depth of 20 cm to lie down and refresh.
The area is furnished with a table that has bank and chair seating as well as a swinging bench chair and beach chairs to pass the time taking in the sun, amazing views, tranquillity and natural beauty surrounding the house.

Other Things to Note
It asks the guests, make responsible use of supplies (water and electricity), if an irresponsible use appropriate measures were taken.
The initial service and final cleaning are included in the price, is asked to leave the house in reasonable condition. extra cleaning if necessary, will be charged the hours needed.
THE LESSEE is obliged to:
A. Park the cars without disturbing the neighbors. It is absolutely forbidden to take up the area corresponding to the gates of the two service garages of the house.
B. Observe, him and the persons under his charge, a respectful behavior towards the neighbors, inside as well outside the property.
C. Take care of all people who share the house with him/her. He/she will be the only responsible of the security of them in the house, swimming pool and gardens.
D. Compile and distribute the rubbish generated in the house and leave it out of the house and its surroundings, in the garbage disposal for every kind of residue (organic, paper, metal and plastics, and bottles) that are settled in the area of “La Llevantina".
E. Occupy the leased property exclusively during the lease period just for residential use. It will not be allowed to make any kind of graphic or illustrated report in the house without express permission of the owner.
F. To leave the house in the same state of order and cleaning on which he found it. In any other case, the cost of cleaning will be discounted of the DEPOSIT.
The LESSEE is entitled to:
A. Use the leased property exclusively during the lease period.
B. Use all the equipment within the property and request guidance of usage from the owner.
C. Get two sets of keys to the property.
