Crescent Point #4 is beach front complex located directly on Seven Mile Beach, first floor, pool, hot tub and grilling area. Walk to shops, restaurants, rental car, grocery store and liquor store. Quiet but great access to restaurants, shopping, bars, excellent snorkeling directly in front of complex on natural reef and Marriott's artificial reef with all the water sports. Less than 40% of units in short term rental so you don't have to worry about having a chair around the pool or beach.

The space
Crescent Point #4 is situated directly on two hundred feet of unspoiled, pristine, white sand at the southern end of Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach. Crescent Point's beach is still just like the pictures as these were just taken in late summer of 2021. Beach chairs shaded by tropical palm trees and umbrellas, the private beach area is never crowded and only about 100 steps from the front door. An outdoor shower is conveniently located at the beach entrance. We do not have a sand entry into the sea, hence why we have one of the few sandy beaches on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach. A sand entry, turn left as you get to the beach and walk about 150' towards Georgetown and the large swimming lagoon in front of Sunset Cove/Margaritaville has a sand entry.

This condo has been totally updated (November 2020, we haven't been able to travel yet to the Island to put finishing touches on walls, lamps etc) with all new bathrooms, kitchen and flooring with a very strict NO SMOKING/VAPING policy including no smoking on the screened lanai, this unit has been updated with all new furniture including new master furniture in January 2019 and king size bed and new air conditioner to keep you comfortable. A total of 2 king beds, 2 twins and a queen sleeper sofa in Crescent Point on the first floor directly on Seven Mile Beach. Patio furniture, table for 6, cushion sofa and 2 cushion chairs for the lounge/sittting area on the large screened lanai. Please do not sit on any furniture wet including the lanai furniture as it will mildew or mold the cushions.

Full spacious kitchen with all new stainless appliances in Fall 2018, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig (Coffee and K cups not provided), blender, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, dinnerware etc. New washer (please only use He detergent, we recommend putting He Laundry pods in plastic bag and dryer sheets in your checked luggage) and dryer in Fall 2018 for your convenience in the unit. Hair dryer, iron, towels, beach towels and sheets are provided. Lush professional manicured grounds, plenty of sun or shade with either umbrellas or palm trees. Large spacious screened lanai with dining for 6 and with awesome view of the free form pool, hot tub, grounds and sea. About 60 steps away from the front door to the free form pool, grounds, sea and the grilling area with 2 gas grills with direct access from the lanai for your convenience.

A very quiet complex on the beach, Georgetown is to the south and Marriott is 4th property to the north with Ritz and Westin further to the north. Marriott has awesome beach bar and Red Sail Sports for any water activities you desire. The beach is about 100 steps from the front door. For a sand entry, your turn left (towards Georgetown) out of the complex on the beach about 150' in front of Sunset Cove with a protected swimming lagoon.

We have box fans in each bedroom for your comfort or background noise.

Impressive snorkeling with a beautiful natural reef directly in front of the complex (you may want water shoes) as iron shore is front of our beach to protect our sand from washing away during storms. Enjoy awesome snorkeling and absolutely amazing sunsets directly in front of our beach, we have seen nurse sharks, spotted eagle rays, stingrays, octopus and assorted other sea life. We do not have a sand entry in front of our complex, you must walk about 150' towards Georgetown (not conducive for young children to swim along the beach in front of our complex) to Sunset Cove/Margaritaville. After storms, high tide or rough seas you may not be able to walk north on the beach. You can walk along West Bay Road on the sidewalk a short distance to a public access. Marriott is 4th property up the beach and they have an artificial reef for additional close snorkeling.

The floor plan is very open and spacious with sea, pool and garden views from the kitchen, dining, living, master bedroom and screened lanai. Kitchen is fully equipped with brand new pots, pans, glasses, silverware, basic spices only and utensils. 1820 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master has king bed with large walk in shower and tub. Each bedroom has at least 1 closet, dresser and mirror. Second bedroom also has a king and is located directly adjacent to the guest bathroom. Third bedroom has two twin beds adjacent to the guest bathroom. The guest bedrooms are on the opposite end of the condo from the master for additional privacy. New mattress, box springs and all the furniture, master bedroom is brand new furniture including new king mattress/box spring January 2019. We also provide a Graco Pack N' Play Playard Nimble Nook for your convenience.

Maximum guest allowed is 6 Adults without prior approval.

Cable TV with US network channels, high speed internet, local phone, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee maker and Keurig, toaster and hair dryer are provided for you convenience. Daily maid service is available and included in your rate except Sundays, Good Friday and Christmas. All bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided.

Very private quite complex with only 27 units, one of the most calm tranquil complex on famous Seven Mile Beach, no direct sand entry from our beach but neighboring properties have direct sand entry.

Located on the southern end of Seven Mile Beach, centrally located to islands best shopping, Camana Bay, restaurants, grocery store and other amenities.

Complimentary parking is available with a loading/unloading complete with a ramp with no steps available within steps of the front door. One of the few complexes with an elevator if you need to go to either the 2nd or 3rd floor or you can simply stay on the ground level within steps of the pool/hot tub, beach and grilling area.

If you would like to rent children items for your stay, Tourin' Tots has a location nearby or White Sands Water Sports rents water toys with convenient delivery and pickup.

Cayman Island Government Tax is 13% and Crescent Point service fee (In lieu of tipping for daily maid service the Strata, HOA) charges 6% are Guests responsibility at Check In with credit card payment.

Our on site Property Manager will check you in and verify with you the condition of the unit and will meet with you again on request to check out so you know prior to leaving there will be no issues.

Rates are determined by time of year and number of guests with Government Tax of 13% and Service Charge of 6% in lieu of tipping is the guest responsibility payable at check-in.

Where you’ll be

Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

Newly renovated Crescent Point #4 is located towards the south end of amazing Seven Mile Beach. There are Public Access from West Bay Road marked with signage as well. I always take a credit card with me for my walk on the beach, stop at any of the hotels or beach bars, several hotels have water jugs with ice water available while you are walking. Georgetown is great people watching when cruise ships are in and great lunch/dinner spots. Camana Bay is great during the day for lunch or shopping, night time for night life, dinner or people watching.

If you would like groceries delivered, Foster's Camana Bay offers online shopping with CI$20 delivery fee, or simply email your list with the brands you prefer (if no substitutes wanted simply say no substitutes) to Kirk's Supermarket for CI$15 (US$18.75) plus costs of sacks Kirk's Supermarkets (about 3/4 mile walk) will do your grocery shopping and deliver them to your unit. Hurleys has a very easy to navigate online shopping experience, they do charge $40 to deliver to Seven Mile Beach as it is further away, but the online experience is so much easier in my opinion. You will need to provide the Property Manager's name, phone number and unit number. Upon booking I will provide this information to you or you can search Hurleys or Kirks Grand Cayman to find the information.

We are on the Public Bus route directly in front of the condo on West Bay Road and Andy's Car Rental is across the street if you would like a daily rental car. Taxi's are readily available and approximately US$20 from Airport to Condo.

I am into anything to spend time with my Family. We enjoy spending time together and doing many different activities together. We love our home at Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri and looking forward to spending more time in Grand Cayman. Both of our Children were certified to dive in 2016 and seem to be loving every minute of the opportunity. We are eager to have others enjoy our new place in Grand Cayman and really want everyone to have an awesome time and not have to worry about the details. We will learn from our experiences and make every effort to make our unit as comfortable as possible for our guests. We are not going to rent our unit endlessly as we don't want it wore out, but we do want to have it utilized some and to share our little bit of paradise in Grand Cayman.
