This newly renovated barn is located in the hills of Fairlee, five minutes from I-91. A stand-alone private space with two spacious living areas and decks overlooking ponds and the mountains.

Direct access to extensive hiking trails and minutes from Lake Morey and the Lake Morey golf course, home of the Vermont Open.

The space
For sleeping, in the front room there is a queen size bed and an inflatable queen size mattress if needed.

In the second room there are leather couches, a large screen smart television, and a kitchen area with a bar sink, small refrigerator, Keurig machine, toaster, and microwave.

Upon arrival, you will find the fridge stocked with water and juices and there will be a selection of coffee, cream and sugars, and VT cheese and crackers. As well, you will find your choice of something to toast for breakfast.

Guest access
The hot tub is located in our back yard behind the pool fence overlooking the mountains and ponds and when the cover is up it provides complete privacy from the house. Although it is a short walk through our apple orchard, there is a cozy pool house you can use to leave your attire and grab a beach towel.

Other things to note
Our dogs and cat do not enter the bungalow, but are friendly and typically roam the property. We understand not everyone is crazy about pets and we are more than happy to keep them under tighter reign during your stay.
