Perfectly located litterary around the corner from Haight Ashbury and very close to Golden gate park. It's also near the busses that will take you all around town.
The place was clean and as described in the pictures. I was in Room 2 which has the big windows facing Clayton street, a big comfy bed and a small dining area with a sink. Everything I needed except a small refrigerator, but I guess you cant't have it all :)
The place is close to Oak street which is quite noisy at daytime but turns quiet at night so no problem there.
If you are thinking about going for this place, enjoy, it's a nice bnb!
Right in the heart of Height Ashbury. Lovely room with private area office/eating area. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a lot of space and stay in a great part of SF
Lovely room in quiet street. Has a nice little breakfast bar when you enter, and a big room with nice bay window. Didn't see the host but all went without a hitch.
The Host was great! Quick response. We got the directions quickly. When I had a question, he answered right away. Love the location. It was near everything. Loved the room. It had a sink and sitting room attached to the bedroom, nice. We walked to get coffee, shopping and dinner. What a great experience. We would stay here again. Next time we would love to use the bikes.
Josh is an excellent host - he is both accessible and friendly. We have chosen to rent this AirBnB property from him multiple times as a result. The place is in a very convenient location, great Victorian-style apartment and very clean and comfortable.
Our stay at Josh's was really great! We could use his bikes and he gave us good recommendations where to go by bike - this tour was awesome! Josh was really helpful with everything
I would recommend this spot to those who want to visit San Francisco inexpensively and don't mind walking or biking and taking the bus/cabs/ubers.
The room was as displayed, and fresh sheets and towels were provided. Josh was also kind to send some recommended ideas for things to do on our day of arrival. I also really liked the keyless locks on the front door and door to the unit - really simplified check-in, check-out and not having to worry about losing a physical key.
As far as negatives, the bathroom is not connected - fortunately this was only an issue once over our 4 nights here (where we had to wait only 5 minutes). The Roku also was not connected to the internet and we weren't able to use it. However, we were also out and about most of the time so not a big deal. The WiFi did connect to our personal devices and worked well.
I would consider staying here again if on a budget.
