  • Like the place. Great location, close the the L. Can't complain.

  • We had a great stay and a lovely experience. Initial communication problems (from my end, NOT Matthews) resolved, he was flexible and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and the printed instructions that were left were very helpful.

I was very nervous as this was my first airbnb experience, but based on this I would definitely do it again. I would also return to this apartment again.

  • Matthew's condo looked way better in person. It's the cleanest, newest, nicest New York residence I've ever been in. We had a great time. Thank you!

  • Matthew´s place looks even more fabulous than in the photos. It is cosy in an elegant and modern way. It was well equipped, clean and the balcony, just fabulous. The subway stops being so close it takes no more than 15 minutes to be in Manhattan at the Union Square. So convenient. Williamsburg is so peaceful and friendly, I totally fell in love with it. It was very easy to communicate with Matthew, he was very responsive and kind, and even though I never got to meet him, all went really smoothly. I will definitely return to this flat!

  • Matt has a beautiful, spacious place with an amazing balcony where you can see downtown Manhattan. It's in a great location of Brooklyn and very close to an L stop. It is great value for money considering the usual cost of staying in NYC. We loved our stay here.

  • Can't say enough good things about either Matt as a host or his fabulous apartment!

Matt was great, really communicative and very helpful and the apartment was just as you see in the photos. It was very clean and comfortable and it was lovely to have the terrace too. One word of warning - the apartment is a 4th floor walk up. This is not a massive issue but maybe not great for anyone with kids or mobility issues.

The area was great with many nice bars, restaurants and shops and access to Manhattan on the L-train was superb. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

  • This apartment looked even better than the photos. The central air conditioning worked brilliantly on hot days. The wifi was fast. The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment was wonderfully uncluttered but had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again. (nicest bathroom I've seen in a long time too)

  • This is a great apartment in a convenient and interesting neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen; lovely sleeping area upstairs; couch folds out to a useful double bed. Terrace offered another comfy space and chance to get some air and sun. The apartment was very clean and Matthew was always in touch to assist with whatever we needed. This area of Williamsburg has lots of interesting restaurants and is very walkable; very short walk to the trains to Manhattan; longer walk to many 'unique boutique' shopping areas and to the waterfront (Brooklyn Brewery is on the way!). Highly recommended on all counts!

  • Matthew was a great host. He was very professional, helpful, relaxed and flexible. His apartment is everything he described, but to truly appreciate it, one must experience it. The place is modern, quiet, bright and spotless, and the views of Manhattan and his little Brooklyn neighborhood are nice to take in from the terrace. My wife and son enjoyed discovering Williamsburg and its trendy restaurants.
