Large kitchen(seating 4), dining area(seating 8) and parlor for entertaining (seating for 6). Living / TV Room with Apple TV to watch NETFLIX & TV(no cable). Multiple work desks w/ area for reading & relaxing in office & master bedroom. Large bedrooms w/ built in storage / closets. Stand up showers & bathrooms w/ towels / provisions in each.

The space
Each room in the home is very well lit and offers an er of uniqueness per room. From the large, well lit kitchen / breakfast room, to the parlor, family room, foyer, and dining room. Each room is very large to accommodate a large amount of conversation and guests. The home is filled with so much charm from times past that you'll be able to enjoy through and through. The garden and wrap around porch offer a very ample amount of seating for activities, conversation, and dining.

Guest access
Guests are able to use the entire house except for the attic, basement, and small crawl space. If the basement is needed for storage (kayaks, bikes, etc.) this can be made on request.

There is no key needed just a key pad on the side of the home in which each guest is given a personal code to enter the home.

Neighborhood highlights

The neighborhood is a quiet tree lined street. Many of the homes on this block and street were built by prominent businessmen and women during Delphi's founding. The neighborhood is filled with Victorian charm from a time long ago. You're within walking distance of (3 minutes) from Riley Park and Deer Creek (considered one of the finest parks in the state of IN, and named after Hoosier Poet James Whitcomb Riley) and a five minute walk from downtown Delphi. All shopping is at maximum a 15 minute walk from the home along with a variety of downtown restaurants. If you enjoy hearing locusts and trains in the middle of the night heading through town the porch and garden will be an absolute delight for you and yours.
