  • Great location, just around many bars and restaurants.
The appartement is a little small for 5 people (one double bed, one 1-person couch and one airbed) but we had a great stay anyway.

  • Perfect stay in a great apt, brilliant location right next to Meatpacking and bigger than anywhere else I have ever stayed in NYC at this price.

  • Great experience staying here. The pictures are fairly accurate showing the inside of the house, but what they don't capture is the location and overall experience. You walk out the front door and you're in the middle of mountain village. Several restaurants, coffee shops, bars, firepit, ice skating ring, free gondola to downtown Telluride, and the ski lift are all right outside the front door. After staying here I don't think I could stay at a different location in Telluride or mountain village. And soaking in the hot tub on the roof is awesome too. I can only imagine what this condo is worth given the location, and honestly I don't know how you charge an affordable rate. Thanks Jeff. Hope to stay here again.

  • The pros of this place: Amenities were very convenient, like a washer and dryer, bath tubs and showers, many beds, hot tub on roof. Place was roomy and very clean, and we appreciated the THREE t.v.'s: one in living, one in kids room and one in the master. Fire place push button start awesome. Cons: There were five of us staying and we had exactly 5 towels. Place is not as convenient to ski school as we had hoped, though only 5 blocks probably. The garage is VERY low so we had to dismantle our ski rack for our mini van to park in it, and we got a parking ticket warning the first night for just leaving it in front of condo. Also no elevator so it was difficult to load and unload car and our toddler children had a tough time hiking up and down stairs in ski boots. This place is ideal for families whose kids are carrying their own stuff.

  • Great apt, great location, great deal. Jeffrey was very helpful whenever I had questions, and provided all of the necessary info up front so check-in/check-out was a breeze. Highly recommend and hope I can stay here again on another trip to NYC.

  • excellent location, good communication! great apartment, nice, perfect for 2 people. but the apartment isn't very clean (microwaves dirty, dirty socks under the bed) and you have to bring the towels and sheets to the laundry by yourself....

  • Jeffrey replied to our booking in very short time and was always available by email to inform us to any question we had.
His apartment is clean and really comfortable (after all the days walking in NY City, you will deeply appreciate that !).
His apartment is also well situated, very convenient to the trains and other parts of Manhattan and of JKF airport.
I definitely recommend Jeffrey's place to anybody.

  • We had a pretty freaking snazzy time at Jeffrey's apartment! The location really is wonderful on 8th ave- the 14th/8th subway stop is RIGHT there, and it's an easy 20min or so walk up to Times Square. There's some wonderful cafes and restaurants right next to the apartment, and we loved exploring the West Village area. Also close is the gorgeous Chelsea Markets and Highlands Trail!

We were a little worried because we were fitting 5 people into a studio apartment, but to be honest the amount of space didn't end up being an issue at all! Jeffrey provided us with a big double air mattress (which along with the double bed and couch meant enough beds!) and everyone slept comfortably!

Jeff left great instructions for everything- and even provided us with some chocolates and a bottle of wine- a gorgeous touch for our Christmas arrival!

The apartment was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. He has a wonderful set up with a huge TV and surround sound- and it was so easy to play movies off our laptops.

We managed to lock ourselves out one day (entirely our fault) but Jeff was able to offer advice on the phone and we were back inside in no time.

We would all LOVE to stay at this apartment again, it really was perfect for our trip, and we had an amazing time. Stay here!

  • Great location. About a 1 minute walk to Lift 4 and less than that to the top of the Meadows. Very spacious condo. Lockers for your skis and boots on the first floor was great.

  • The studio is well positioned: a short walk from Subway and from the centre of the West Village. The apartment is warm on winter and the bed very comfortable; great WiFi connection. The position on the back of the building is very quiet. The kitchen is furnished, but there are few dishes and pots. We have not met Jeff, but is easily and quickly contacted by sms or mail and is always willing to clarify any doubt; he is very friendly and accommodating. After all, is not as clean as a hotel but is an independent place to relax after a busy day in NY: a second home in the Apple.
