I spent two night's at the b&b and I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast delicious. The host Pat was very friendly and welcoming and always available for a small talk. The best place to stay in Cahersiveen! Highly recommend, would stay again!
Linda wasn't here when we arrived. Firstly she told us that she don't have a reservation at our name. Then she let us a twin room (and not a double as reserved). The room wasn't clean. It was the most expensive BNB during our trip, and the basdest experience. The breakfast was OK.
We stayed at Pat O Shea's B&B through AirBNB and we had an absolutely lovely time! We didn't see Linda but her dad was there and he was such an amazing host! The breakfast he provides is an amazing spread and the eggs were cooked so deliciously! The room is very spacious and the beds were so comfortable! The bathroom was great and we had a wonderful shower. Pat was so helpful with everything! Our reason for staying in Cahersiveen was to do Skellig but it didn't work out and Pat took us to the ferry that took us to Valencia Island and we had a wonderful hike there. The next day we were able to do Skellig and had to miss our bus to Killarney but Pat was so nice and actually gave us a ride there. He's an amazing host and anyone staying in Cahersiveen should stay here! Amazing place!
A warm, hospitable welcome that followed on from very prompt responses to emails to ask advice about places to eat etc.
Really well, and centrally located in Caherciveen, within easy walking distance of excellent places to at and drink, as well as places of interest.
Room was very comfortable, and well equipped.
Breakfast was excellent!
Caherciveen is an excellent base to explore this part of Kerry, and the O'Shea's are welcoming and generous hosts.
Have no hesitation recommending staying with them!
We felt very comfortable on Pat the runners place. Pat is a really nice guy and did his best to make our stay as good as possible :)
...and it was really really good.
Thanks Pat the Runner!
We had a fantastic experience with Linda at this fantastic B&B. Everything was just perfect, from the rooms to the home cooked breakfast in the morning. Was so lovely to chat with Linda as well who gave us some great sightseeing options for the day.
I actually had to cancel this booking, but Linda and Pat were very accommodating and easygoing about it. Many thanks
