Great B&B, the room was clean and cosy and Irish breakfast in the morning was just delicious. Also, they have storage room for bikes, which was extremely useful for me as a cyclist. Highly recommended.

Nice place. If your are looking for a more authentic stay, this was great. Not new or modern, but nice and clean. Pat could not have been nicer and was a great host. Would highly recommend for those looking for a "real Ireland" stay.

Delightful host. Did her best to accomodate me. Much better than the German lady, Shannon in Port Magee who thinks lowly of Irish people. It was also cheaper and able to arrange trips to Skellig. I should have booked this for my whole time in Port Magee/Kerry!

Hi Richard Thanks you so much for your lovely review, we strictly don't allow any animals into the house so relieved your hives weren't from your stay here enjoy the rest of your travels and hopefully on your next visit you'll get your Skellig island trip regards Linda

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. Both Linda and Pat made us feel immediately welcome. They are genuinely sparkly people who exude kindness. We have special diets, and they made sure there was a good breakfast for us. Linda went out of her way to see if she could get us on a boat to Skellig Michael. We wish we had more time to just sit and chat with them. The room was exactly what we needed, and the location was excellent for visiting castle ruins, ring forts, and islands, as well as hiking. We had a wonderful time!

This bnb is a no-brainer. This is right across where the public busses stop in caherciveen. There are easy ways to get a cab ride to portmagee for the skellig tours. The locality is also very beautiful offering some nice walks. Also close to a supermarket and lots of restaurants. Best of all is the hospitality offered by pat. Really warm folks. Really enjoyed my stay. This is pretty much what airbnb is all about. Hoping to visit sometime again!

Hi As a member of Airbnb I love the concept that one can view all the beautiful places around the world and dream :) and if one has the opportunity to travel they can have a personal link with a host not through a big booking or marketing company who doesn't care about the person. I became a host to help link people to a beautiful place called Cahersiveen where I grew up, I don't live there anymore (due to a lack of jobs & facilities for young people) so apologies if I can't meet you during your stay but I am freely available to contact for advice or information on the beautiful Skellig coast in the Kingdom of Kerry. I am the link for a lovely small cosy quite B&B/accommodation for my parents where Patrick will look after you during your stay.

We are sports mad and South Kerry is the perfect places to stay and train- cycling, running and swimming in lakes, sea and rivers. Hire boats for fishing and Angling, Visit the Skellig Islands, Scuba dive, Snorkel. Drive The Skellig Ring, Tropical Valentia Island and the famous Ring of Kerry. Relax by the beaches, read, write and paint - it's an Artists' dream with long day-light hours and beautiful scenery.
Only one hour drive from Killarney (with its Mountains and Lakes), Tralee (the home of the Rose Festival) and Kerry International Airport.
