The Creekside Cottage is pet-friendly, peaceful setting just a a quarter mile to the campus of Oregon State University. A beautiful garden and sounds of wildlife invite guests to enjoy the outdoors near a patio fireplace.

The space
The default nightly rate is set for two staying in the King room. When two people stay and use both guest rooms the nightly rate will increase by $29 - $39 per night depending on the time of year. The rate is set in this manner to offer occupancy flexibility for essential workers and business travelers.

We provide luxury bed linens and Egyptian cotton towels. The COTTAGE DOES NOT HAVE A FULL KITCHEN. A microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, small refrigerator with a freezer section, single electric cook-top with limited cooking tools and an outdoor gas grill are also available. Repeat visiting guests are known for cooking oysters on the gas BBQ after a day trip to the Oregon Central Coast; a 50-minute drive from Creekside Cottage.

Guest will have access to both rooms with an additional nightly fee.
Breakfast items we provide, as part of our service, includes: organic coffee and teas, individual serving cereal bowls, and a bowl of fresh fruit. We can also customize breakfast items for gluten-free dairy-free dietary needs, within reason.

The cleaning/breakfast fee will increase to $159 -$189 for stay longer than 3-nights and when a dog joins the stay. Manual invoice adjustment may be required.

We allow dogs only. A one time $65 per for one dog will apply.
ONLY ONE PER STAY IS ALLOWED.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CATS AT ANY TIME.

The Pet fee range is $75-$95, per stay. The cleaning fee may also increase depending on housekeeping arrangement per stay.

Housekeeping is a post stay service. Guests are asked to tidy up and take garbage out to the Republic Service rubbish cans.

The Airbnb SYSTEM default pet fee is $75.
When the stay is longer than 3- nights the pet fee will increase.

Please ask Alexandra for pet specific fees for your longer than 3-night stay.

The extra pet fee for longer stays, is used to ensure the cottage has a pet deep clean for the next cycle of guests.
