Kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the terrace. Bath/WC. Oil heating. Large terrace 50 m2, roofed, 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Fire extinguisher.

Beautiful house "Ana". 2 houses in the residence. 500 m from the centre of Cala Murada, 13 km from the centre of Felanitx, 65 km from the centre of Palma, in the residential district, 1.4 km from the sea. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Shop 900 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Cala Murada" 1 km, railway station "Manacor" 21 km, sandy beach 1.4 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
