In Ganga Vatika Boutique Hotel everything is open and full of light so that the traveller can relax. The freshness, the pure mountain air and the cadence of mantras that at certain times of the day can be heard from the different monasteries that surround the area help the rest and wellbeing of those who choose to stay here.
The Hotel is situated in apartments, in a complex with 24 hours security Guards. There are many Monasteries surrounding the Complex and temples near by. Located near Dehradhun airport. Close to the Ramjhula Rickshaw stand and behind the Great Ganga Hotel.
Our Hotel is a place qualified as very clean and comfortable, under the western standards, were you can enjoy Yoga and Meditation Classes and wonderful vegetarian pure food cooked by the monks.
Beautiful, new and modern. Each room is personalized, sunny and spacious. Large kitchen with water osmosis water, fridge, microwave, toaster and (website hidden) and wifi in the rooms. Vegetarian meals and Hatha Yoga & Vyayam Yoga classes are available.
There are large sunny terrace and views over the Ganges river.
It is a wonderful place, peaceful and quiet. A perfect relaxation and stress free environment.
While renting this room, the Guests have access to the apartment kitchen, with AC, wifi, kettle, osmosis water, microwaves and toaster. There is also a living area with a TV in reception area.
There is a terrace were Guests can practice Yoga.
We have an ashram with a temple and a Yoga Hall, were classes are taught.
Interaction with Guests
The staff at Ganga Vatika is very helpfull and is always available for explaining about anything you need to know regarding your stay, were to go or what to do.
It is possible to park in the premises.
GUEST HOUSE RULES
We require a deposit of Rs 1.000 / - for each set of keys to access the apartment.
This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay when keys are returned.
All the rooms are non-smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Only vegetarian food is permitted.
The guest is responsible for any deterioration caused to the facilities in the rooms, common places and external facilities inside the area of Ganga Vatika with the obligation of paying the corresponding fee when the damage is evaluated by the administration of the Guest House.
Any act, deliberate or negligent, resulting damage to the property by a guest will result in our reclaiming the amount required for compensation. We reserve the right to call to police for any damage or disturbance caused by any guest or group of guests which may result in persons being evicted immediately from the guest house without refund.
For security reasons checks and credit cards are not accepted in the check in premises. Payment is only accepted in cash.
The bank transfers involving commissions should be assumed entirely by the client.
There is no cancellation policy. To assure the reservation we only request 50% of the full amount and there is no devolution under any circumstance.
The other 50% should be paid in the check in premises. Once this payment is issued there is no refund under any circumstances.
Fair fees, no bargain please
To maintain the quality of our services, rates offered are fixed and are not subject to modifications, exchanges or bargains. We can offer discounts on specific promotions and special promotional periods. Thanks for understanding and cooperating with us in establishing a fair and honest commerce.
Without documentation check in isn’t aloud.
Passport and valid visa is required. Indian citizens may present any of these documents: a Driving License, Voter ID Card, Passport or personal PAN number.
In case of breakage or damage to the services which are provided as a courtesy to customers of the Guest House, like the osmosis water purifier, kettle, fridge, toaster, microwave and internet, whatever the cause may be, the Guest House is not responsible for the time of fixing or replacing.
The Internet is a complementary service provided as a courtesy. We are not responsible for failures or absences of service due to line problems caused by local or national suppliers, or failures due to bad weather, rain, storm, etc.
Check in and check out
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra fee may be charged. The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. You can contact the Guest House directly for early check-in or late check-out.
For children under 10 the service is complementary.
Children above 10 need extra bed.
The inclusion of 'extra bed' with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot with a mattress as an extra bed.
The room tariff includes all taxes.
If you are delayed please inform the Guest House, (phone number hidden).
If the taxi has to wait more than 45minutes each hour of waiting will be charged.
In case you decide to cancel the taxi service, due to any reason, once the service is issued it is compulsory to realize the complete payment of the service.
Polite Notice to Guests
To maintain the comfort of our guests, all residents are asked to respect their fellows and keep noise to a minimum and not to disturb other guests.
The Guest House operates a zero tolerance policy on noise and disruption to other guests. Any guest found to be disrespectful will be asked to leave the Guest House.
Number of guests
All rooms are designed for a maximum of two or three people with an extra bed.
No guest should at any times accommodate anyone in their room who has not been registered with the Guest House. Under no circumstances should the room have more than three persons unless previously agreed with the hotel. Anyone who has not been registered in the Guest House and / or authorized to stay will be asked to leave the Guest House immediately without refund.
