The space
This second-floor room has a full-size bed and dresser, hooks for suits and other clothes, and a desk so you can get work done. There’s fast WiFi, an alarm clock/speaker with Bluetooth connectivity, and lots of outlets and USB ports to keep your devices charged. Smart TV allows you to watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, and more. The private bath includes an antique clawfoot tub and a Tushy bidet. We provide in-room coffee, plush towels, and Eco Amenities brand toiletries.
This home has stairs. Guests will have access to the entire house, porch, and patio, except the master suite and the third floor bedroom.
This home has friendly cats, but we keep the door to the room where you're staying closed when guests aren’t here. During your stay whether they’re in or out is up to you.
Guest access
Guests have access to kitchen and laundry facilities. There is a small coffee maker in your room, but coffee is usually brewing in the kitchen in the morning - feel free to have a cup.
During your stay
We will generally be here at the same time, but we can interact as much or as little as you prefer. When we're cooking, we're likely to offer you dinner, but no pressure - we won't be insulted if you do your own thing.
Other things to note
Smoking is not permitted in the house, but on the porch or patio is fine.
This home has friendly cats who will take as much attention as you're willing to give them. Don’t let them manipulate you. They are generally not permitted access to your room, but during your stay that’s up to you.

Now a part of the Indianapolis urban core, Herron-Morton and the neighboring Old Northside were the original Indianapolis suburbs. The historic homes in the area were mostly built in the late 1800s and early 1900s (this house is 1893 or 1894). Because these are designated historic districts, even the new homes have some architectural interest. You can walk to most retail needs - CVS, Walgreen's, and Kroger are all within range. There's a growing restaurant and bar scene - favorites include Foundry Provisions, Tinker Street, Baby’s, Goose the Market, Loco, Mashcraft, and Festiva.
