About this listing
Our home is comfortable & gently bright with natural light. Three bedrooms, sleeps up to 9 people. Open-plan living & full kitchen, large fully-screened back porch, garden, fire bowl. Eclectic central Austin neighborhood.
One bathroom. 950 sq ft.
You'll have 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 9 people.
Beds are a pillow-top queen, pillow-top double, regular double mattress, and four twin beds. You can move the twin mattresses around to wherever you would like (placed on the floor).
There's one bathroom. Although the house could accommodate 9 sleeping-wise (we had a band w 8 people last year and it seemed to work just fine), please take into consideration how many people can actually function in the space based on your group's needs.
Full kitchen and living room are together, tranquilly painted with 'lazure' technique. Yellow stained concrete floors; it's like walking on sunshine.
There is a piano. Outside, a large, fully screened in back porch with furniture. Yard has gardens and fire bowl and outdoor sitting space. Wireless internet and internet capable BluRay DVD with Netflix, Hulu Plus, Pandora, etc. (No cable TV). CACH & ceiling fans.
One small, loving black cat normally lives here; she can be gone while you are here. Or she can stay in the laundry room (kitty door gives outdoor access) or you can welcome her in -- your choice.

Upon arrival, you will receive code to keysafe for your party (no need to carry keys), wireless access code, instructions for bicycles, if applicable.
I am open to hosting children, but as my daughters are teens, I need to consider how the house is set up if young ones will be staying. :) It is not particularly child-proof now.
Please lock both locks on both doors at all times that you are not in the house, and close and lock windows. Also do not leave valuables visible in your car.
No smoking inside OR on screened in porch, please. Thank you. :)
