Chinese couple are nice and have baby to take care. The location is 20 minutes to downtown. Parking is hard to find,so guests should go home as early as possible. Wifi doesn't work during our stay which make us unhappy.
We are a young couple and went for 3 nights to San Fransisco. We both had high expectations from San Fransisco and were a little disappointed during our stay. For our liking the city is to crowded and the traffic in the city center is horrible. We ran into some issues with our car to during our visit, so I feel like our disappointing experience was mainly due to the amount of back luck we had. This may be part of the reason why my review may sound a little negative.
About the room; Kenix is very busy with her family but she manages the apartments well. Very clean and organized and we really liked the fact we had our private bathroom. The room was a bit small however for two (tall) persons. The location however is not so good, it's about 6 miles away from the city center. It took us about an hour to go to downtown either by car or public transport. Parking near the house was nearly impossible so I recommend going without a car.
If I would visit San Fransisco again, I would stay in a hotel closer to downtown. During our 3-day trip, we spend to much time traveling and parking. Moreover, the location of the room is not ideal and the room was a little too small for us.
Kenix is a really nice host! She is always available to help! The house is very clean and comfy with toilet requisites. The kitchen is only used by guests with kitchen ware. Tea , coffee and cereal are provided. Location is convenient and quiet! Overall, the best Airbnb experience I have had.
Kenix was an amazing host. Her place was absolutely amazing. Exactly what we imagine a perfect stay at an airbnb would be like. She provided us with everything we needed for our 5 day stay and more. She even included a little travel toiletries set. So thoughtful and nice to talk to. Her newborn is a cutie and didn't make a sound during our stay.
The only issue, which is nothing against Kenix, is the parking. Street parking ia difficult but there is an overnight paid lot not too far.
Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Kenix.
Kenix was an extraordinary host! We stayed in her Blue room for the first night since this room was not available prior to our arrival. She was even kind enough to carry our luggages down as well. This room is located on the ground floor of the house and comes with its own private bathroom. The walls are pretty thin so we heard a lot commotions from upstairs and next door, but we're from NYC so it was not a big deal. Construction did start at 8 am from the house next door that was currently being renovated, but this was not in anyone's control. Also keep in mind, there was no parking on-site provided by the host, but plenty of street parking around! (I always found parking within a block radius, maybe cause I'm from NYC...)
All in all, this is a perfect place to stay and would recommend it!
We were mostly out and about in San Francisco. We had a nice stay with Kenix who is super nice and friendly, she helped us with all we needed and made sure we had a good stay. It was a bit far out from central so we spent quite a lot of time on MUNI. Like others has said, the bed was quite hard, we knew this before though from reading reviews. The walls were a bit thin, good to know if you're sensitive.

We are a warm and sweet family of 4 - my little son Kaden (2 months), my daughter Katrina (2 years old), daddy Kevin and mommy Kenix. We live downstairs in the house in a separate part. My guests will have another entrance, another kitchen and living area. So you can feel free to stay and have more privacy. Most of the time I will stay at home, taking care of my children and cleaning up the house. So you can reach me by ringing my bell, or text or call me if you have any needs.
Welcome to stay with us! :-)
