Modern spacious loft on the ground floor of a terraced complex. You can walk out the back patio door straight on to the Chattanooga Riverwalk with less than a mile walk to the art district and a 1.3 mile walk to the Boathouse restaurant. Best suited for active visitors who don't mind going up & down 3 flights of stairs to access the unit. The river walk is excellent for bike riding as well and we have 2 bikes are available in the hallway. Less than a mile to Tivoli theatre and TN aquarium.

The space
Great for business travelers. Downtown Chattanooga, on the Tennessee River (note that the river is not in view from the condo). The Chattanooga Riverwalk is just out front. You’re a half mile walk or bike ride to the Boathouse Rotisserie and Raw Bar. Dine on seafood and house smoked meats right on the river. To the left, the Bluff View Art District, Tennessee Aquarium and the North Shore.

Courtney and I enjoy collecting interesting pieces of furniture, vintage, modern, custom. We’ve found pieces at auctions, online, and various other places. The kitchen table is solid Olive wood imported from Italy. Courtney is is the touring industry, and the posters we have framed relate to he tours and shows she’s helped manage here in Chattanooga and elsewhere.

Modern Riverfront Loft is a two bedroom, two bathroom condominium that sits on the Tennessee River and is only 1/2 mile to downtown Chattanooga and several blocks from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. The loft features a king bed and private bath. Downstairs is a queen over queen bunk bed, a bath, dining area, kitchen, and a living room with skylights.

The living area has a fold out, sleeper sofa. The loft area also has a sleeper sofa. The dining area seats eight comfortably around the large table.

Two smart TV and internet is provided. We provide coffee, breakfast bars and instant oatmeal for our guests.

The Chattanooga, TN-GA Metropolitan Area, is an area consisting of six counties – three in southeast Tennessee (Hamilton, Marion, and Sequatchie) and three in northwest Georgia (Catoosa, Dade, and Walker) – anchored by the city of Chattanooga.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. We love guests of all types as long as they pay for the use of the property and take good care of that property during their stay.

The Bluff View Art District is a historic neighborhood filled with restaurants, a coffee house, art gallery and plenty of gardens, plazas and courtyards where you can relax and rejuvenate. This is Chattanooga's first art district and stretches over 1.5 city blocks, set high atop stone cliffs that plunge into the river below. From this bluff-top location, you will have breathtaking views of the Tennessee River, downtown Chattanooga, and the Walnut street bridge.

Spend the afternoon on the patio of Rembrandt's Coffee House enjoying coffee roasted by Rembrandt's Roasting Company, or pick up a loaf of artisan bread at Bluff View Bakery and take stroll in the acclaimed River Gallery Sculpture Garden and enjoy all that Bluff View has to offer.
