Yahya was a wonderful host. When I arrived, he met me on the corner of his neighborhood where the cab dropped me off. It was a good thing too because the hood where he lives is made up of very small streets with no street signs and no addresses on the doors. That first night we talked and shared wine and cheese, compliments of him. The next morning he showed me around a little bit and helped me find a tour to the mountains. Morocco is dirty and his riad was just as wonderfully dirty. Lots of dust which I didn't mind, and the smell which I also didn't mind has stayed with me on my journeys. There is a terrace/rooftop with a great view of the city. There was breakfast every morning of tea and toast with butter and jam which he made sure to ask me if I was okay with. Overall it was an awesome experience and I'd give it a 10 out of 10!

I had a wonderful time in Yahyas Home. Its cosy and clean, simple but very charming. You have a wonderful view from the roof (and loundry is dry in 3,5 minutes). Even if its 40celsius outside, inside its quite nice and you can sit in the Yard. Yahya is a very friendly and helpful Host, he can tell you a lot of interesting and useful information about the country and the city. (Transportation, money etc) The Location of the Riad is almost perfect, its quiet but not too far away from the jamaa el-fnaa for example. The Souk around the Corner provides you with everything you need - from phone cards to water and cigarettes. And if you do your initial round with him - even better. I would come back anytime.
