Complete with 2 car garage, large master bedroom + guest room, 65 inch tv with surround sound, large kitchen with new appliances. New outdoor patio and grill area with 3 hole putting green. Corte Bella community guidelines require the primary renter to be at least 55 y/o, however any other guest(s) accompanying the renter are welcome regardless of age and background. 1837 sq ft.
