Trust me, Trastevere its a cool area, full of life and full of attractions also this apartment is very well connected to the tram N.8 wich is dropping you at 300mt from the pantheon.
Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, the Vatican City and all the main attractions of the Eternal City are from 10 min walking to 30 min walking
As you can see from the map, we are in trastevere
If you want, you can take my advices to help you discover the beautiful Rome: tourist guides, maps and you can have a copy of the daily routes to visit the eternal city.
Located in one of the famous area of rome, trastevere, the apartment is on the top floor of a very nice building , it has two floors with a spiral staircase in tipical Roman style, of course there is an air conditioning sistem provides cold and hot air, a plasma tv with dvd and some nice movies, intenret connection wifi, washing machine. The living room has a nice sofa plus a table with four chairs and some nice book about Rome wich can be helpfoul if you are lookng for nice hint!
The bathroom has a shower
The bedroom upstairs has a tipical roof of the roman tradition made in terracotta briks .The position is just amazing, right next to the tram 8 so very well connected. You are just in the real center of Rome, no taxi, no bus and no metro, this is the right place,
The floor of this apartment has more than 110 years... you Will love it.
The apartment is on the fifth floor with elevator so no worries..the view is just amazing and its supersunny

Other Things to Note
I can arrange private car with Driver, the best options if you dont want to lose time with train! i dont suggest taxi, they always get lost in the labirint of the center ;) and unfortunately they scam most of the turist in the city ;)
Price for a Private transfer cost 50E-taxi cost 48E.
This is a really nice apartment in the real center of the city, there is a spiral staircase and also washing machine, plasma tv, air cond and wifi internt plus a lot of pieces of desing..
Also please always be sure to do not drop too much toilette paper inside the wc because this will block the pipelines thanks
The place is as it looks, a great appartment in Trastevere, ideal for two couples. Tommy, Valentina and Alexandra made us feel welcome. To reccomend.
I loved this apartment. The location is great, and the building itself is an older building with 7-foot concrete slabs between floors. We had some intermittent issues with water drainage, internet (it's a TIM hotspot), and power, but these were fixed relatively quickly. I'd stay here again.
Small bumps in beginning with the aircon turning off when the lights were out and same with the internet. But once we figured out the electrical tricks in the AM and with Tommy's kind and gracious assistance and excellent hospitality it all worked out for a great stay, in a great apartment, in a great neighborhood.
Airy, modern apartment full of light.
Excellent building with elevator. Great location in the heart of Trastevere.
Wi-fi can be spotty and A/C still leaks a bit, but neither are a big deal.
Be mindful that the shower is extremely tight for any adult.

I've been called by the guys of Airbnb because my profile description was too short so here I'm , writing something about myself wich I hate more.. I'm traveller like you guys,! when I have some Euros left in my bank account I just grab the first ticket and I go! I think there is nothing more that share experience between humans when they are travelling... we all need to travel, we are modern nomads looking for emotions and for that we....
"Need to go faraway" ( that was my original, short description!
Hope to meet you in Rome
