This well styled studio is nestled in the heart of the trendy 12 South Neighborhood; a peaceful oasis with easy access to all that Nashville has to offer. Whether on vacation or business travel, guests of our Carriage House love our newly renovated kitchenette, excellent Wi-Fi, and free designated parking. Some of Nashville's most popular spots are just a two block walk away including Five Daughters' Donuts, Imogene & Willie and Draper James.

The space
This well appointed space is located above our detached garage. Your private entrance leads you into a foyer with a full washer and dryer. Climb one flight of stairs where you will find a comfortable and thoughtfully curated studio apartment with everything you need to make your time in Nashville both relaxing and enjoyable.

Although a studio layout, the space is thoughtfully designed to include a dedicated workspace, spacious sleeping and living area and a separate kitchenette and dining area. The ensuite bathroom is large and is a traditional bathroom with a door that can be closed off from the rest of the space for privacy.

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire studio space, including designated parking, and the washer and dryer in the entrance foyer.

Guests will also have shared access to the gas grill located around the corner in the yard that is shared with our personal home. An outdoor shower is available May - September. These spaces are only available to you (the guests) and the property owner who is also your host.

Other things to note
We park our cars in the garage below the carriage house and guests do not have access to that space. We do provide a designated guest parking space directly outside your private entrance gate.

We are a no-pet property by policy, but we do consider pet requests on a case-by-case basis. We only welcome ONE house-broken pet, 30 lbs or less, per booking. Guests must agree to pay an additional $50 fee which will be requested via the AirBnB resolution center after the reservation is confirmed. Pets must be not be left at alone at the property or allowed on furniture. Please send an inquiry with details on your pet.

Guests must be able to climb one set of interior stairs to access the space located on the second floor. There is a landing halfway up and handrails for safety.

Smoking and vaping of any kind is not allowed in the space. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 smoking fine. We appreciate your understanding.
