Nestled on 5.5 acres of peaceful riverfront, this charming guest cabin offers a secluded escape just steps from the Provo River. While the main cabin (rented separately) sits 200 ft away, the guest cabin is tucked into trees for full privacy. Explore the property with respectful boundaries.
The cabin exudes rustic elegance with a cozy queen bed, a bistro table overlooking the river, and a coffee/microwave nook in the main room. A full bathroom with ample vanity space, a tub/shower, and closet adds comfort, while a fully-equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge, stove, and washer/dryer. Blackout shutters in the bedroom windows ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Outside, enjoy lounge seating, a standing fireplace by the river, and a small charcoal grill (available except in winter). Charcoal and lighter fluid are provided. Fishing allowed! Let us know if you’ll be fishing so we can arrange the necessary permissions.

• Small dog $25/night, Medium dog $35/night, Large dog $45/night (with added fees for heavy shedders; please specify breed).

**Your car will need all-wheel drive AND snow tires in the winter time**
No riding ATVs/4 wheelers on the property as we need to keep the landscaping groomed for events and weddings.
NO MORE than 2 guests.
THIS IS A DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY and guests at the larger cabin may have a dog(s). If you are afraid of seeing dogs from a distance we might not be the place for you.

Kamas/Woodland is located just 25 minutes outside of beautiful Park City UT! Park City is home to 3 world class ski resorts all within 10 miles of each other and was home of the 2002 Winter Olympics!
A 10 minute drive brings you into Kamas where you will find plenty of restaurants and a grocery store called Kamas Food Town. There is a small strip mall attached to the grocery store where you will find a liquor and wine store! (Utah is dry on Sundays and hard alcohol is not sold in grocery stores so plan accordingly)
Just 3 miles into town you will find a new breakfast and lunch cafe. (Woodland Cash store/The Biscuit Company) Open until 2pm Friday-Sunday.

My name is Pepper and I’m 33 years old born and raised in UT! I moved to Santa Barbara CA to study Enviro and Art History, then moved back to Utah in 2013.
The property that I am hosting is my childhood home's Guest House that I recently purchased and renovated! It is located in Woodland UT, just a 25 minute drive outside of Park City. It is located right on the Provo River on 5 acres. Very private, tranquil, and beautiful.
