The room no window no fresh air and all house smell to bad. And no Hospitality.
All in all a good experience.
I spent a good week in Brenda's room, the accomodation is confiest and flawless, and above all the flat is perfectly pinpointed in the centre of Buenos Aires , with lots of everythings nearby. I eagerly reccomend this room.
The room, as well as the apartment overall, were perfectly okay. The metro (subte) is close by and there are plenty of bus connections so its easy to move around. On one of the previous comments I saw that there was a complaint about the lack of a space for storing clothes, and I can say that now there is a small closet inside the room.
The location is good as it is close to a few touristic point of interest. I would not recommend it for spending several weeks though. I spent one month there and the neighborhood is clearly not the best.
I was quite disappointed by the room. The "window" gives on... the corridor and can hardly be opened. The only pieces of furnitures are the bed and one small desk. For your clothes... you'll have to deal with a couple of hooks on the wall, that could work for a few days, that's extremely annoying for a month. That might be ok as well if you have a suitcase but with a backpack that's not optimal. The room was relatively quiet by night though. Also, in summer, it gets really warm in there!
The rest of the apartment is ok. Nice bathroom, the kitchen has the minimum you would need, not more.
So, I would recommend this place for a short stay if you want to visit around the center of the city. Note that the metro is really close and that there are several bus lines going about anywhere close to the house (on the av. cordoba, corrientes or carlos pelegrini).
Other than that, Brenda was nice and helpful when I needed.
