BED & BATH
The bedroom has a queen bed. There is a queen sofabed in the living room. The main bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo and the ensuite bathroom has a shower stall.
PARKING & AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall. Guests at Lake Placid Lodge can enjoy use of the common laundry facilities, common hot tub, and heated outdoor pool.
The main Creekside bus stop is less than a 2 minute walk away and will take guests to the lifts and Village in 10 to 15 minutes. The Village is a 10 to 12 minute drive away and the Creekside Gondola is across the street.

Guests can enjoy the heated outdoor pool, shared hot tub, and common area BBQ pit. The property offers free on-site underground parking and ski/bike storage.
Interaction with Guests
All guests are required to check in at our office at Le Chamois Hotel (4557 Blackcomb Way). We'll be happy to provide maps of the area, a wide variety of brochures, and our restaurant and activity recommendations.
Creekside is the perfect spot to get away! Mere steps from the Creekside Gondola, and a few minutes' walk from shops and restaurants, Creekside is the perfect choice for those who prefer a quieter area while still being less than a 10 minute drive from the main Village.
The local bus service is available for a nominal fee, and a taxi ride into the Village is $10-$15.
* All guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and stay in this unit. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by their parents (aged 25 years or more).
* All units are set up for after-hours arrivals. Guests are requested to complete and sign the Lodging Rental agreement as well as provide identification when they arrive in Whistler.
* Our office is located at the front desk of Le Chamois Hotel in the Upper Village at the Blackcomb base, a 15 minute drive or bus ride from this property.
* Complete check-in instructions and driving directions will be emailed once the booking has been confirmed.
* Taxes (10% BC PST and 5% GST) are included in the nightly rates.
* A full check-out clean is included in the price. Additional housekeeping services are available at additional cost.
* Pets are NOT permitted in this unit. Fines will apply.
* Smoking is NOT permitted in this unit. Fines will apply.
* The security deposit and age policy are not negotiable.
There is a 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT between December 23rd and January 1st. Shorter stays may be available within 21 days of arrival.
There is a 4 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT between January 17th and 21st AND between February 14th and 20th.
We had a wonderful time in Whistler and we couldn't have asked for better accomodations. This is where we plan to stay the next time we visist Whistler.
We felt very at home here for the nearly 2 weeks we visited Whistler. The only shortcoming was that there was no air conditioning and no fans in the unit because Whistler was 90+ degrees. We solved this by getting a few fans at the Wal-Mart in Squamish and spending a ton of time in the pool.
Management was helpful in getting us in the unit even after hours. Thank you Bryan and Tanya!!
Love that Bryan and Tanya respond very quickly to any questions I had. Great location, easy check in process. Such a cute set up, felt like coming home each day. Highly recommend renting a car.
Check in was easy, with plenty of information about local facilities. There is a good grocery shop right across the road.
Easy to get to Whistler Village by BC Transit or taxi.
Apartment was warm, clean and tidy, and great having a bath.
I booked this flat for my parents to stay in whilst visiting my sister in Whistler. Based in Creekside it's the perfect location for the gondola up Whistler mountain for skiing and sightseeing, and accessing the local shops, which are just across the road. It's also a 5 minute walk to the valley trail which is always a popular destination for my family.
As for the flat itself, well, it was fantastic. My parents are in their 60s and having two bathrooms, real stairs and a good sized kitchen was great for them. It was spacious and very homely, which was great when my family of six piled in for an early Christmas dinner! The flat isn't very bright upstairs but that was fine as it was winter when we hired it. There could also be a better selection of sharp chopping knives and saucepans, but then that's me being picky.
Having a cleaner come in halfway through the stay was also nice, as towels were refreshed and the place spruced up again.
Bonuses: there's a small pool and hot tub outside, and underground parking!
Check in was easy too, with just a short ride into Upper Whistler Village at the desk of a local hotel. We arrived late so had to phone the after hours number who told us how to get in to the flat, and informed us how to officially check in the next day.
The Reimer's place in Whisler was very well represented. The unit is is Lake Placid Lodge, a beautiful property, in a wonderful town. The place was clean as can be and homey. We didn't lack for anything.
The check in process is a bit daunting but well worth it.
