'Pat' was a great host. Incredibly responsive and answered all of my questions very promptly. The apartment is very large for NYC standards and is very charming with the exposed brick and beams in the ceiling. Above a great host and a great apt, this place is in a prime location! Coffee shops just out the door, subway line a 2 min walk and a great view of 6th ave and the Empire State Building right out the living room window! I've visited NYC for years and the village is the best place to be if you want a locals experience. I highly recommend the apt to anyone looking for the total package of location, affordability, charm, space, and a great host.
- Very good location in the middle of Greenwich village.
- Lovely neighborhood (nice coffee shop around the corner, shops and restaurants around)
- Appartment is as seen on the picture, quite convenient but probably not outstanding. Windows are oriented towards the 6th avenue which is quite noisy but it is finally ok as windows in the bedroom have double glazing.
- Cleanliness OK but could be better
- Pat is very helpful
- Overall a good experience (I stayed there 9 nights with wife and toddler). Definitly an excellent value for money!
We had a great time in Pats apartment in NYC. The apartment is very good situated, close to all visitor destinations. Shops, restaurants, clubs, subway etc. are just around the corner. The apartment has a fantastic view at the 6. Avenue, it was amazing to watch a daily life. We haven't met Pat but he was good available. Thanks Pat.
I rent this Pat´s Apartment for my parents.
She was so kind and helpfull in being sure they got the key to get in the day they arrived.
My parents felt very good in the apt. It is very confortable and cosy. Evertything was clean and working in the correct way.
They loved the location, it is a wonderfull neighbourhood.
Hope to be back in NY and rent ir for myself
The photographs do not do justice to Pat's apartment. It is in a lovely, characterful neighbourhood and even has a view of the Empire State Building. The sunny kitchen was well appointed with all the basics. Pat is a great communicator. Any questions were answered promptly. We would love to return to Pat's apartment when we return to NY. Subway station is only 50 yards away, providing cheap and easy access to Kennedy Airport.
A very nice apartment, clean and well located, but slightly noisy (on 6th Avenue). We did not meet Pat in person but he was always easily available on the phone. Getting and returning the key was simple. We would certainly consider returning to Pat's apartment for our future trips to NYC.
