Entire 1 bedroom apartment located at historic corner of Christopher and Gay streets. Why spend a weekend on the grid, when the streets of Greenwich village offer you the quaint feel of small European city while still being minutes from everything New York has to offer.
No place in New York is closer to more subway lines. Within blocks are the ACE, BDFM, L. The yellow and green lines are a short walk down Bleeker Street in SOHO.

Pat is incredibly responsive and accommodating. He is wonderful to deal with!
The apartment is wonderfully located. We visited during an unbelievably cold spell so we couldn't really just walk the streets, but wish we could have.
The apartment looks like the photos. However, the furniture could use some upgrading. The couch is sagging, the coffee table is loose, the shades are broken (had to hold them down with the free weights..) and the apartment, in general, has a worn feel to it.
The dishes in the kitchen were dirty, I think that the previous renter didn't wash them well, but no one checked them before we checked in, so we washed everything before we used it... The sheets on the bed seemed clean, but there were dirty sheets in the hamper when we checked in...
The apartment is spacious and the bed is very comfortable.
The wifi signal was strong and consistent.
I would rent it again, mostly because of Pat, and because of the location...
Pat was a wonderful host. Incredibly helpful and always responsive. The apartment itself felt like home. The location is superb and we were really jealous that we couldn't live their permanently! The apartment could do with a bit more hanging/shelf space but otherwise the whole experience was effortless and really enjoyable. We would recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you, Pat!
We had an amazing NYC experience! Me, my wife, and our 4 yr old son made so many memories while visiting. Pat was very tentative to any request and even checked up on us (via text) half way through our stay. The place was exactly as described and made us feel like we were living the NY lifestyle during our stay. We loved the brick walls and windows overlooking the avenues! At night I left the window open and watched the city from the couch. We had a blast and hope to return soon! Thanks for an amazing place to stay Pat.
Very nice location, cool bar (Whynot) just ouside the front door.
Few minutes walking to soho, same to the Strip House (best steakhouse in NY). Nice classic NY view from the window. Very comfortable and clean base to visit NY. Good communication with host.
This apartment is in a perfect location within the West Village with all amenities on the doorstep and excellent links by foot and subway to all parts of NYC: for example you can walk up Bleecker St to the start of the Highline and you can get a cab easily for dinner in Brooklyn Heights. The apartment is bright and clean: we arrived to find it warm and cosy (on a freezing night outside) with scented candles burning. There is a wonderful view of the Empire State building -especially lit at night- from the sofa. The double bed is comfortable and the whole apartment is very quiet inside: inevitably there is some traffic noise at night, but then this is NYC. Didn't use the kitchen but it is well equipped, as is the whole apartment: I was delighted to locate a hairdryer! Pat was very responsive to all inquiries and accommodating of our later checkout request. All in all, I would certainly return here: it was far more relaxing than staying in a hotel. It is perfect for a couple.

If you rent our place, you are getting a clean, well-loved place that should feel as much like home to you as it does to us.
