There are always a few things we wish we could change, but its New York.
Our plumbing in kitchen and bath is old, but to upgrade requires some work to be done in our neighboring apartments for the time being, we are stuck with slow drains and an old tub. We keep it super clean though!
Our tiny kitchen also presents issues. I know that a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender make life a little sweeter. However, some of the world's best food and coffee are within a minute of our building. Reheat and toast food in our tiny oven. And the stovetop espresso maker and french press should offer some caffeine options if you need something just to get you out the door.
No parties, no guests.
Per recent dealings/issues with New York City and Airbnb, please refrain from mentioning the site with other residents. We have chosen to keep renting as we love the site and the community, so please refer to yourselves as our friends or guests.
