A.There should be space in the circular drive out front to accommodate 3 cars Be careful not to "stick out" in the street. The town does issue tickets.
B. There is free parking in designated spaces on Aunt Sukey's Way as available
C. Do NOT park in the shared driveway between 6 and 8 Aunt Sukey's Way without speaking with me first. There is limited parking and the driveway must remain accessible to me and my neighbor next door. For special occasions I will try to accommodate additional cars in my spaces out back.
The house was bigger than I expected and beautiful! Bedrooms are on the first floor and there's a very nice upstairs that is shared space. Although the outdoor roof deck might be my favorite feature of the house.
It's a little off the busy streets, I'd say a 5-10 minute walk... but that's what I was looking for.
Richard was wonderful and responsive. He answered my questions promptly... although I didn't really need it because he's very prepared and sends you all the information you would ever need after you book.
I highly recommend this property
Rick was very welcoming, responsive and thoughtful. The house was very attractive and close to all that Provincetown has to offer. Thank you, Rick, for everything!
Rick was incredibly lovely and the home was gorgeous. It was such a pleasure to stay in. It was just a short walk to downtown Ptown near restaurants and beaches. The room we rented was really cute as well as comfortable. We also had access to the rooftop deck, Jacuzzi and living spaces. We would stay at Rick's place again in a heartbeat. We didn't want to leave. His suggestions for places to check out in Ptown were also really helpful.
welcoming, clean, great location, and reasonable price. would definitely stay here again.
What a fantastic stay! Thanks to the other reviews, we knew this was going to be a good place, but we were blown away by just how great it was. The bedroom was great, and the bathroom was really nice too, but the upstairs was absolutely luxurious. Full kitchen, dining room, front and back deck, jacuzzi, living room space, the works. Blown. Away. On top of that, Richard left us lists of things to do in P-Town, including suggestions on when and where to catch the best people-watching (2am at Spiritus, I think.) There was an extra blanket in the closet which we didn't really need, but which was nice anyway when we got rained on. It's literally five minutes from the Stop 'n Shop and maybe even a little closer to Commercial Street. Richard was extremely responsive and helpful - at 10:00 at night, no less! However, he also gave us a lot of privacy. If this had been a hotel, it would have easily been a 5-star experience.
This was our first AirBnB experience, and it was a bit of a leap because it was also a special weekend: I proposed to my girlfriend! (She said yes, so now she's my fiance! :D ) We were both a little nervous about how this would turn out - we had visions of someone's spare room and lots of invasive interest in our shiny new rings, but we figured that anything unexpected that happened with this newfangled AirBnB thing would just be an adventure that we'd laugh about later. What we weren't prepared for was a literally perfect weekend. After this experience, there's no question that we'll be back to Richard's place, probably for our anniversary next year! We had a way, way more romantic experience here than we would have had in any hotel, and at a rate that really made sense for us.
I just enjoyed the room because I arrived late and left early. The room was clean. It's close to the town center so perfect to discover the city by foot (in my case it was raining so I took the car).
Rooming here was a wonderful and most convenient stay we ever experienced. This was our first time using air bnb and we found our stay the most relaxing part of the trip. Even though we did on meet our host. We found the house warm and cozy with everything readily available. We left there satisfied and willing to come back to stay there again! Thanks Richard.
