This is half of the carriage house w fenced in yard behind the famous Whisenant Estate in Virginia Highlands. It has been renovated, perfectly furnished, and walking distance to restaurants, shopping and bars. There is a TV in the living room and one mounted to the wall in front of the bed. Small pets are okay, lets talk about it

The space
The space is about 500 square feet and very well appointed. There is a small sofa, swivel chair and a smart tv in the living area and a queen bed and another smart tv and a small table and chairs one step up in the bedroom. These two rooms are not connected with a wall, there is a step up to the living room. The TVs have a HULU subscription that gets all channels and live TV. The kitchen area has a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. and kitchen supplies (pots, pans, dishes) I buy quality everything for my apartments! There is a washer and dryer in the unit

I do cannot accept requests for short stays in the future. I usually have my smaller apartments rented for a months at a time. I can only accept a request for a shorter stay if it is close to another check out/check in day

This is half of the carriage house behind the iconic Whisenant Estate in Virginia Highlands. The property has the large house, a mother in law suite and the two unit carriage house. I rent all of these properties on airbnb. Often the smaller apartments are rented for two weeks or more, the house is usually a different group each weekend.
