Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • We only met Richard briefly, but he was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and happy before he left. I am in love with his house! Fabulous sense of classic décor with his own personal touches everywhere. Wished we could have stayed longer!

  • Very comfortable place, nothing to say but we really enjoyed our stay in this nice house, especially the day it was raining. Enough showers for a big family!!
The house is close to everything within a short walk, offers enough space for lots of people, Rick was reachable all time and responded very quickly. My girlfriend and me were very sad to have to return to my small Manhattan place...

    Response from Richard:

Thank you for the nice review
Im sorry You did not notice there is a second shower behind the door in the second floor bath next to the washer and dryer.

  • Bella stanza in una bellissima casa. Richard è stato preciso e cordiale. Consigliato.

  • Wir fanden uns sehr gut aufehoben, schöne grosse Küche, gute Lage, ruhig und doch zentrumsnah, alles bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Alles sauber!
    Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Grill.
    Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar.
    Danke für die Gastfreundschaft

  • The deck is fabulous. The 1st floor as well. My room was the 'tan room' and I felt more like in a motel room. All amenities such as towels, magazines, etc. are being provided. Super nice service!
The house is very clairaudiant, so perfect for a group to rent it in total. Location is great when you have a car or bike to explore the nearby beaches and marshland which are sooo great.

  • Richard was great and available to answer questions when we arrived. The room and house were exactly as described and were in good condition and very clean. This house is a great, walkable location for Provincetown.

  • Very beautiful room and house. This could easily be a B&B.
All communication with Richard went very smoothly, same for check in. Lots of info on Provincetown in the living room, including personal tips which is always nice.
There are a lot of rooms in the house that are rented, so a lot of people. So also lots of people that use the bathroom, which could have done with a bit more cleaning in my opinion.

  • We loved to stay at Ricks place! Our room was nice, the entire house is just wonderful and town and countryside are really special. Everything went easy and without any complications.

  • Staying at Richard's place was wonderful. Its a short walk from the ferry to his home. If youre taking the ferry from Boston to Provincetown, and planning to stay in Provincetown - there is no better place to stay than Richards. It was well cleaned and maintained :) It was comfortable and suited all our needs. You also cannot beat the price! Many of the other hotels and places to stay in The Cape are $300 in the summer season, so Richard's place is beautiful for a really great price. If you are considering a stay in Provincetown, its got our stamp of approval.

  • Great place - while off beaten path of commercial street, still only a 5min walk away. A quiet spacious place to relax (especially on the rooftop deck)!
