We are located close to the Tippy Dam and Backwaters, the Big Manistee River, The Little River Casino, and much more! Fish, Hunt, Hike, Snowmobile, Swim, Boat, Kayak- This area has SO much to offer!

Other things to note
This room is 1 of 4 motel style rooms on the property. The property is on M-55 which is a highway. There will be traffic noise. If you are a light sleeper, please keep that in mind prior to booking. Some of the areas are common areas such as the fire pit, picnic table, and the charcoal grill.
Phone service is limited in our area and AT&T is the only one that has some signal in our area. Please keep this in mind prior to booking if cell signal is a must for you.
