I recently discovered this site to help fill in unrented days and weeks for individuals to share my home during the shoulder seasons when there are fewer groups visiting Provincetown.
We had a quick overnight stay in this bed room after a long charity bike ride. The room and home were clean and beautiful. Everything was easy to find/access and true to advertised. Thanks for a comfortable and positive stay!
Richard was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. No complaints! I'll likely return...
The house on Aunt Sukey's Way was a nice place to stay. We had the blue room with the king size bed. It was clean and neat. The common space was very nice with the kitchen very convenient to have. I really liked the large deck. The room was a bit musty, I think it would be better without the carpet. Rick was very kind and helpful.
This was a fun place to stay. It had a 'youth hostel' feel. Host very accommodating.
Richard was always very friendly and professional in our communications, but I didn't meet him in person until I was just heading off on my bike. He was kind enough to let me store my bag upstairs and finally saw me off with a smile.
The house has plenty of common space to lounge, both indoor and outdoor. But the room with the kingsize bed is a luxury in itself -- at ground level and on the dark side, but it's all about the bed as centerpiece (with a more stylish bedcover than in the photo). Also a great location just a short walk up from Commercial St.
My stay at Richard's lovely home was wonderful.. The bed was luxurious and the accommodations were top of the line. The house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Lovely fresh flowers on the table. What a nice touch! Richard is very helpful; makes you feel so welcome. The location is great. It's just a short walk to Commercial street, but very quiet and private.
I would recommend Richard's to anyone who wants to visit Provincetown.
Great stay at Richards place. Room was clean and comfy and the common areas were quite roomy and welcoming! Perfect location - a peaceful little spot not too far from Commercial street.
Richard is really welcoming and we immedialtely felt at home in his house! He answered all the questions we had before arriving and gave us a good introduction to how to get around and what to see when we arrived Provincetown. Richard rents out several rooms, so you will have someone else to get to know as well! I felt at home at Richards place and I would love to go back there :)
richards house is amazing. great location near the main st in provicetown. everything worked perfectly, sadly did not get a chance to meet richard but everything was coordinated perfectly via email and text. thanks again richard.
Our room in Rick's house was fab! One of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on, great environment, quiet street, close to everything that we wanted to do in Provincetown. Rick is very hospitible and created gorgeous common areas for the guests to share including a huge rooftop deck.
