A.There should be space in the circular drive out front to accommodate 3 cars Be careful not to "stick out" in the street. The town does issue tickets.
B. There is free parking in designated spaces on Aunt Sukey's Way as available
C. Do NOT park in the shared driveway between 6 and 8 Aunt Sukey's Way without speaking with me first. There is limited parking and the driveway must remain accessible to me and my neighbor next door. For special occasions I will try to accommodate additional cars in my spaces out back.
Richard maintains a lovely, welcoming home-away-from-home on a pleasantly quiet street in Provincetown. My room was clean and well appointed with high-quality bed linens and thick, fluffy towels. The common areas--living room, kitchen, and baths--are equally well cared for and up kept. Richard himself is a considerate and very helpful host, allowing guests ample privacy, while making himself available around the clock to answer questions and provide assistance to his guests. The roof deck is a beautiful place to enjoy morning coffee or read in the hammock or comfy chairs. I was taking a class at the FAWC during my stay, and my room and this house were perfect places for me to relax and work.
Richard was fast with responding to all my questions. Check in was fast and simple! Very clean, quite and amazing place and very private. I had a lot of photo gear with me and left it right in the room and had not one worry. Each door had its own locks and all guests were respectful and quite also! Very close to downtown and great walk to commercial st. A lot of cool things to see on the way! I would, and will be Referring friends and family to use this location. If you need a quick get away to this city this is for sure an awesome spot! I will be back soon Rich! Thanks!
Richard was detailed and prompt with communicatinginformatiin about the house and area attractions. The space was clean and perfect for what we were looking for. The home is located within walking distance of all the main attractions. I would definitely stay with Richard again.
Richard was wonderful in answering many questions during booking.. The house is located in a great spot from downtown and the price was amazing.. Great stay
Cute and funky little house a very close walk to downtown. It was a full house when we stayed but still super quiet. Beautiful roof deck. Richard even stocks the fridge with a few breakfast items for his guests and sends out recommendations on what to see and do in Ptown. Would definitely recommend and would come back to stay again!
Richard was there to welcome us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the house. That was the last we saw him because everything in the house was well-prepared. We did not need to see him. He replied to my inquiries in a timely manner.
The house looks much better than the pictures. It was a very quiet area. A great place if you're looking for a good r&r.
