High-end, beautiful two-story loft in trendy high-rise building on Jasper Avenue, fully furnished with stainless steel appliances, espresso machine and granite countertops. All necessities are supplied including wireless internet, cable TV, and Nintendo Wii.
The New Cambridge Lofts offers direct indoor access to Light Rail Train public transport system, City Center and Commerce Place shopping malls, Winspear Center, Citadel Theatre and the Art Gallery of Alberta. Grocery stores and year-round Farmer’s Market are just steps away. All other major Edmonton attractions can be reached by direct bus routes located in front of the building along with Airport Shuttle bus.
The building staffs a doorman and has a convenience store and breakfast restaurant on-site. Many of Edmonton’s top restaurants are located within a 5-minute walk. There are heated underground parkades with direct access to the Cambridge Building.
You will be given a security fob that provides 24-hour access to the building and a code to enter the suite via a keypad lock. Code is changed after each reservation for your enhanced security. Check-out is done by simply leaving the security fob on the island counter in the suite and locking the door in your way out.
For people not familiar with Edmonton it is essential to be centrally located as all major points of interest, with the exception of the West Edmonton Mall, are downtown. The travel logistics invovled with staying outside of the downtown core will consume too much of your time otherwise.
There is no parking included in the building. Numerous indoor and outdoor parking lots are nearby (Parking Rates as of March 2014 – Outdoor: $21/day on weekdays, $10/day on weekends; Indoor $28/day on weekdays, $15/day on weekends).
The Condominium Bylaws state that noise must be at a minimal decibel level from 10pm to 8am, thus this is NOT a building to host wild parties. A doorman is on staff to ensure this bylaw is enforced.
Jason was quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. The loft is in an ideal location in Edmonton. It is easy to get around the city from here. The Loft is great, roomy (much more room than you would get in a hotel room), modern, and the views are incredible. I would definitely stay here again when I come back for work!
This condo is awesome. Everything is clean and neat. Bed in the upstairs bedroom is every big enough for two people, and there is also a sofa bed on the hallway. Overall, it is worthy.
Jason was very helpful and accommodating. The loft was exactly as described in the ad and had an amazing view over downtown. Would definitely recommend staying here for a short trip to Edmonton.
Over all we enjoyed the stay. The loft was clean and spacious. Location was very convenient although public parking was not cheap. Jason made sure we didn't have any issues checking in and out.
Very nice and clean. The jetted tub upstairs is fantastic after a long day! The view is spectacular. I will definitely stay again. The loft is perfect for anyone staying downtown. Thanks Jason
I was in contact with jason by phone and E-Mail, he was a very friendly and helpful host. He also gave a very accurate discription of the appartment.
Great apartment great location can't recommend it more. From the elevator straight to the underground an easy walk to the downtown shopping areas plenty of great food. Right around the corner there's a phenomenal Caribbean place and a great Mexican place. When I come back to Edmonton I will definitely try to stay here if its available
My wife and I got married about a year ago and we're moving into a house, hoping to start a family. I've enjoyed living at The New Cambridge Lofts for the past 6 years, with the luxuries of being directly connected to the LRT (Edmonton Subway System) and all the great venues and restaurants this city has to offer (Winspear Center, Citadel Theatre, Art Gallery of Alberta, and many amazing restaurants).
Over the years my wife and I have enjoyed travelling to destinations such as Peru, Croatia, Russia, Germany, France and Dubai. When we travel we prefer boutique hotels with a unique twist to them or a certain 'je ne cest quoi' (Try the L'Hotel in Montreal which is set up like a gallery or a museum with numerous well known 20th century paintings hanging up in the hallways).
We're very excited to host on Airbnb and share our space with fellow travellers or temporary workers, see you soon at the New Cambridge Lofts!
