The New Cambridge Lofts offers direct indoor access to Light Rail Train public transport system, City Center and Commerce Place shopping malls, Winspear Center, Citadel Theatre and the Art Gallery of Alberta. Grocery stores and year-round Farmer's Market are just steps away. All other major Edmonton attractions can be reached by direct bus routes located in front of the building along with Airport Shuttle bus.
The building staffs a doorman and has a convenience store and breakfast restaurant on-site. Many of Edmonton's top restaurants are located within a 5-minute walk. There are heated underground parkades with direct access to the Cambridge Building.
You will be given a security fob that provides 24-hour access to the building and a code to enter the suite via a keypad lock. Code is changed after each reservation for your enhanced security. Check-out is done by simply leaving the security fob on the island counter in the suite and locking the door in your way out.
For people not familiar with Edmonton it is essential to be centrally located as all major points of interest, with the exception of the West Edmonton Mall, are downtown. The travel logistics invovled with staying outside of the downtown core will consume too much of your time otherwise.
There is no parking included in the building. Numerous indoor and outdoor parking lots are nearby (Parking Rates as of March 2014 – Outdoor: $21/day on weekdays, $10/day on weekends; Indoor $28/day on weekdays, $15/day on weekends).
The Condominium Bylaws state that noise must be at a minimal decibel level from 10pm to 8am, thus this is NOT a building to host wild parties. A doorman is on staff to ensure this bylaw is enforced.
