About This Listing
Please do not book before contacting me first and reading through the description.
I offer you an extremely cozy and tastefully furnished room + private bathroom. It's right behind the CCD & very close to the city centre.
You will have a comfortable double-bed and some space in the wardrobe (part of it are occupied with my stuff).
You have your own bathroom in the hallway. You will get your own keys as well.
You can also spend time in the living room or check out the balcony.
Interaction with Guests
Cooking after arrangement, so it would be good to know if you plan to cook.
If you plan to go out and come back late, please do let me know so both sides are aware and can plan accordingly (and can maybe even do something together!)
Spencer Dock is located at the Dublin Waterfront / IFSC. The Grand Canal Dock is a 10-minute walk away. Dublin provides a great number of dining possibilities, lounge bars, and great places to visit (check out the guide book). The famous and well-known Temple bar area is a 20-minutes walk along the river Liffey.
The Luas tram stop is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment and brings you to the city centre in only 7 minutes. There is also a bike station where you can get a 3 day pass for 6 Euros. Dublin is a fairly small city so you can get nearly anywhere via bike or on foot.
The Connolly Train Station is a 10-minute walk away, and will quickly get you to beautiful areas such as Howth & Bray; both of which are great for a day trip in the outdoors.
You can park here as (underground parking spot) well for a fee of 5€/night. Please let me know in advance if you'd like to use it.
Other Things to Note
Please complete and verify your profile.
I only take females or couples. I'd like to know a bit about yourself, too, when you get in touch. :-)
Please verify the check-in time as it's defined like that for a purpose - depending on the day, I can be more flexible.
- Please clean after yourselves
- No smoking - neither on the balcony nor anywhere else on the complex - you would need to leave the complex to smoke (there is a nice area close to the water where people also relax or sit when it's sunny; you can go and smoke there if need be)
- Washing machine: please only use it on weekends!
- My doors are heavy and huge: please be careful when closing them
- Please do not eat or drink anything other than water in the bedroom - you are more than welcome to use the dining area for that
- Should you use instant book in order to book my place, you agree that you have read all the details of this listing and comply to them
L'accoglienza è stata ottima, camera e bagno molto puliti.
Molto vicini al centro di Dublino, circa 10 minuti a piedi. ben servita da bus e metropolitana e vicina alla stazione.
Julie è stata veramente gentilissima, sempre molto disponibile e professionale.
We spent five days in Dublin at Julie's home. Julie is a precious host, very nice and kind. The room is cozy and the bathroom is very clean. The apartment is near the congress center and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the city center but there are many busses starting from this area direct to all turistic sites. Thanks you very much Julie!! Chiara and Andrea
Julie was a really nice host, she was totally friendly and took care of all details. We loved her apartment. The room was clean and modern, and the location was perfect, just a couple of tram stations to the city center. I highly recommend it for future travelers!
Merci julie. A bientot j'espere.
Julie is a wonderful host, and she makes you feel very welcome in her home. She is considerate and gives many suggestions on great places to visit in Dublin. She is always happy to help if you have queries, very sociable, and yet also respectful of your space and time.
The room itself is delightful, cosy and with plenty of natural light. The bathroom is lovely, with a spacious shower and several free hair/body products, if you forget your own!
Would definitely recommend Julie and her flat, to anyone visiting Dublin, and looking to stay a short distance from town.
Julie was such a great host! Always helpful and full of tips, we also got the chance to spend some time with her and it was such a pleasure to get to know her better.
The flat is located in a modern and central neighbourhood, not too far from the city center (20 minutes on foot - 8 by tram) and it is exactly as in the pictures: cosy, clean and furnished with good taste.
Thank you for everything Julie, hope to see you again soon!xx
