New apartment , modern style with fantastic location in the heart of the historical district of Graça with a wonderful view over Lisbon. The apartment has new furniture and appliances including washing machine. Famous Tram 28 goes in front of the building and you'll be at walk distance to Lisbon's main attractions, such as: Castelo de Sao Jorge, Alfama, fado houses, restaurants, Sé Cathedral, Panteão Nacional, Santa Apolonia Train station, Monte belvedere, and even downtown Lisbon (Baixa/Chiado)

It is fully equipped, double glazed windows ensure sound insulation, it's clean and clear with a lot of day light and the high right foot ensure nice ventilation. With new furniture and appliances, queen size beds with good quality spring mattress. A Cozy living room with 33" flat screen TV and cable channels. Wifi is fast an covers the whole place.

Additionally, from the balcony, you'll have a glimpse of the busy street with the trams coming and going, local shops and tourists walking. After a busy day, relax in a cozy varanda where you'll be able to enjoy the silence with stunning Lisbon views, you will have your own private belvedere.

Everything is brand new, fully furnished, 33" TV with cable channels, WiFi, kitchen has everything for you to cook for family and friends, washing machine where you can do your own laundry, automatic water heater, spacious bathroom with fancy douche great for relaxation. Keys in all rooms in case you wanna lock it. All windows have are double glazed, so all the noise stays outside and guarantees a perfect insulation during the short winter months.

Other things to note
There will be mineral water in the fridge, printouts with essential information about the neighborhood and the apartment. We supply towels and in the summer we have fans available, and in the winter we have portable heaters.
