Private Hot tub - Enjoy anytime day or night a Vita Spa Joli hot tub (4 people). Our hot tub has a Petrissage Massage Seat and a Shiatsu Massage Seat.

Our hot tub water feels fresh and clean with no overwhelming chemical smell found in most tubs because of our copper-silver ionization water purification system (more details pacifichottubsolutions)

Our hot tub is covered with an adjustable louvered aluminum pergola.

If you plan to use our hot tub, please read, understand, and follow the hot tub rules below.

We have a fire table in the gazebo. We do ***NOT*** supply propane. If you use the fire table, please add propane to the tank.

Work from home at the beach with excellent WiFi. We have very fast Internet (download 200+Mpbs/11.8 up).

We have a complete hex clad set of pots and pans, along with a 10 piece knife set, spice rack, baking sheets, bowls etc. We supply both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, with pods, teas, hot chocolate.

Our home is located in an established neighborhood right along the canal. Many homes in the area are manufactured homes (including ours). Not a fancy neighborhood, but safe and quiet.

We have outdoor Ring security cameras pointing towards the street.

*** Hot Tub Rules ***

Hot Tub must be covered at ALL times if not in use (attach hot tub cover after each use)

If we have to drain and clean the tub because of what we find in the water after your stay, we will charge you a $350 hot tub cleaning fee.

Check with doctor before use if pregnant, diabetic, in ill health, or under medical care.

Supervise children at all times.

Shower with soap and water before using hot tub

Enter and exit the hot tub slowly

No jumping or diving

Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub

Do not use alcohol, narcotics or medications

Elderly persons must consult doctor before use

Limit your soak to 15 minutes, and cool off before re-entry

Please do not sit or lie down on the cover

Do not use soaps or oils in the spa

Guest access
This is a keyless entry property. You will receive the entry code 3 days before your arrival. If the keyless entry malfunctions, there is a lockbox with keys as well.

The garage contains EV charger, bicycles, lawn furniture (to gather around the fire pit), a charcoal grill, life jackets, and a Cornhole game.

We have 2 single sit inside kayaks & 1 sit on top kayak.

The current access to the dock is steep and affected by the tides. It can become slippery.

Guests agree implicitly to our liability waiver if they access our swim raft and toys (bikes, kayak, etc).

Other things to note
The guests assume full responsibility for accessing our swim raft or using our kayaks. There is no life guard on duty.

Garbage pick up is on Wednesday - please have roll cart out Tuesday night.
