Casa Piave is a newly renovated two-bedroom apartment located into the old historical center, close to Via Veneto, where Dolce Vita was in the '60. The neighborhood is called Sallustiano, where there were Horti Sallustiani during the Roman Empire.
We speak French, English, Spanish and Italian
The flat is perfect for a couple, a family or group of friends. Comfortable and useful.
THE BUILDING & THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The building is a 1900's typical roman building, with a large and elegant entrance with elevator. The neighborhood is residential and green and you will find everything you need in the surroundings : restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and an excellent bakery are just around the corner!
The apartment has two large double bed-rooms for guests, a full equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa-bed for two extra people, a corridor, a bathroom. The apartment with its high ceiling is naturally enlighten during the day by four big windows that give to a courtyard and to a small street.
The main bedroom in bamboo style has a French king-size, mahogany walking closet, a comfortable armchair, table and chair with lamp, dresser, little round table with abat-jour and bookshelf with flat screen tv and DVD/CD player.
The blue bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside table with abat-jour, big closets, table with chair and lamp, and a comfortable armchair.
THE LIVING ROOM
It is a dining room with a sitting room side. Dining has wood table in '70 style with chairs. Lounge area has a cozy comfortable sofa-bed for two people. The living room has a flat screen TV with Italian and international channels, DVD/CD player, internet WiFi.
The kitchen has everything you need to make a perfect dinner after your exhausting day : a vitroceramic cook top, electric oven, a microwave oven, toaster, laundry, dishwasher, iron and iron board and an integrated fridge with freezer as well as dishes, pans, cups and glasses.
Finally, a pink bath tub/shower in a white marble bathroom, wc, bidet, washbasin with a professional hair dryer.
Casa Piave can be rented for a minimum of three (3) nights and a maximum period of one year.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Gea will greet you and give you the keys.
Interaction with Guests
You can reach Gea any time by email, phone, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), viber or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). She will be available for any kind of tips about the house or amenities in town.
You are in the historical center at 15 minutes walking distance from Termini Station; 10 minutes (or less) walking distance from Via Veneto and 15 minutes from Spanish Steeps. In the neighborhood you will find plenty of good restaurants, bars and pubs, cinemas, gym with swimming-pool, and a beautiful ancient local market located in a glass chapel in Piazza Alessandria. In addition a very interesting Contemporary Art Museum with garden restaurant called Macro, located in Via Emilia.
Metro lines A and B plus several bus and tram lines will make your way the easiest to move all around Rome.
From Termini Station, you are also directly connected to north or South of Italy.
FROM / TO THE AIRPORT
From the house, in Via Piave (or in Via XX Settembre) you can take several buses to Termini Station and then a train to Leonardo Da Vinci Airport.

SERVICES & FACILITIES
The apartment is fully furnished with fresh towels and sheets.
A performance heating system guarantees a regular temperature in the apartment.
WiFi internet access.
1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in starts at 2pm
Check-out is before 10am
Check-in/check-out hours will be flexible, depending whether or not we host some other visitors before/after your stay.
Late check in after 8PM will cost extra 10 euros.
We will take care of washing the towels and sheets you will use. However, we will ask you to leave the flat reasonably clean, which means :
no dirty toilets and bath,
no dirty dishes/pans/cups,
no stains on the couch/on the bed/on the walls
In case the flat will not be reasonably clean, we may take you some money from your caution
3. KEEPING LUGGAGE
Unfortunately we do not have a place like a locker where you could leave your luggage before your check-in/after your check-out.
However, if the apartment is free before/after your stay you can leave them in the apartment and come back when you want.
But, if there are some other visitors before/after your stay, you will have to take your luggage with you.
