GROUND FLOOR:
The ground floor of the villa is designed as an open-plan space for socializing. Main entrance/hallway leads to the spacious living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is modernly furnished and fully equipped. Guests prepare their own meals. Dining area has a large wooden table, chairs for 8 people and a counter with 2 bar stools. There is a 65 inch flat-screen SMART TV with satellite channels, in the living room, a DVD player and a Play Station 5. One of 4 en-suite double bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the terrace. Separate half-bath and a utility room with a washing machine are located on the ground floor too.
FIRST FLOOR:
First floor is designed as a sleeping and relaxation area which consists of 3 double en-suite bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin/single beds and a fitness room. Each of the double bedrooms has its own bathroom, king size bed 180x200 cm, built-in wardrobe, SMART TV, air-conditioning and access to the balcony.
Single bedroom has 2 single beds 80x200 cm, shabby chic office table, air-conditioning and access to the balcony.
Fitness room has a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, a bathtub & access to a balcony.
We provide you with bath and beach towels, detergents for washing machine and dishwasher, cleaning supplies, hand soap and towels, shower gel and shampoo. Hairdryers, an iron + an ironing board are also at your disposal. On request we provide a baby cot and a baby high-chair. We offer bed linen/towel change through a handover on a weekly basis (for stays longer then 7 nights).
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Outdoor swimming pool of 24m2 (8x3 m) is constantly heated, has an easy stair entry, and an outdoor shower. The pool is in use from 1st of May until 31st of October with temperature ranging between 25 and 30ºC.
Spacious southern terrace has a surface of 90m2. It is equipped with outdoor furniture ideal for al-fresco dining and loungers for sunbathing.
On northern side of the villa you have a charcoal and wood based barbecue and 4 parking places for cars. The plot of land surrounding the villa is completely enclosed/fenced which makes it particularly suitable and safe for families with kids.
