The space
Cozy and quiet apartment perfect for rest and relaxation after a busy day visiting the city or taking a dip in As Burgas thermal pools, situated at less than a minute’s walk away. Located on a bright and airy 4th floor, the apartment has been recently refurbished and decorated with a lot of love, ensuring you don’t miss out on anything during your stay.

The colourful open-plan kitchen with original tiled floor is fitted with everything you may need: fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and electric juicer. The space opens on to a cozy dining room where the old wooden beams have been maintained, acting as a separation from the large living room whose sofa-bed makes an inviting spot for reading a book or watching TV.

The apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Both the living room and the bedroom share a balcony from which you can enjoy all the charm of the historic centre, with views overlooking emblematic places such as the Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral of San Martiño and the Church of Santa Maria Madre.

Last but not least, you’ll find a fun bathroom where you can make use of all the necessities at your disposal, such as shower gel, shampoo, towels and a hair dryer – your only concern will be enjoying your stay!

The apartment is located in Ourense’s old town, surrounded by cobbled streets and squares hiding real architectural gems. At only 80m away from the apartment you’ll find the city’s most visited attraction, Las Burgas, with its thermal pools and museum. At around 100m away you’ll find the Plaza Mayor with its unique and characteristic sloping ground. From here you can take the train to some of the other thermal pools dotted along the Miño River, such as those at A Chavasqueira and Outariz. The main shopping streets, including El Paseo or Santo Domingo are also close by, as well as the wine area where locals gather for tapas and to enjoy their free time accompanied by a good glass of local wine and the best Galician octopus. Don’t miss it!
