The Loft was originally designed as an art studio for the old owner but has now been transformed into approximately 1,200 square feet of luxury living space. The apartment is located on the third floor of Bent Oaks Manor, about a mile from the center of Downtown Roanoke. There is an open kitchen/living area adjoined by a bedroom and large spa-like bathroom.

The space
The Loft is located on the third floor of the Manor. The Loft is newly renovated luxury space that was previously designed as the art studio for the owner. The most common response to guests arriving in the Loft is "Wow!" The Loft can be utilized as either a residential or entertainment space (any events must be pre-approved).
There is a large living quarters with an open kitchen. This area is adjoined by a bedroom and huge bathroom. There are extensive lighting options for every mood or any event.
The living area features a 60-inch HD Sony Bravia television. The television can be viewed from anywhere in the living room or kitchen. WiFi (Cox Gigablast) is also provided.
The kitchen provides a gas range and oven, dry bar area, spacious counter space, triple-ply cookware and all kitchenware necessary for gourmet food preparation or entertainment. There is also a choice of counter seating or table seating.
The bathroom area is spacious and luxurious. It features a large soaking tub with cool Kohler faucets. There is a massive glass and tile shower with a rain shower head along with a hand-held shower head. The shower resides between two separate sinks but there is also a mini-sink in the private toilet room!
The bedroom features a king platform bed with a Japanese comfort mattress and cover.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the front porch rockers and swing along with the second floor back porch. However, by renting The Loft please be advised you are NOT renting the event space on the first floor. No pop-up events of any kind.
