We stayed at the Downtown Palo Alto Hideaway while my parents stayed at our place during Stanford graduation weekend. This no-frills cottage was clean, well-kept and in a convenient Palo Alto location, as promised, and Michele was friendly and responsive via cell and text.
My parents and I stayed 10 days at Michele's home. It is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our time here so much. It is very convenient to Palo Alto downtown and caltrain station. There is whole food and other stores in walking distance. Michele was very helpful and warm to us. We would recommend this place to others!
We stayed for three months with Michele, and it was a great stay. The house is pretty small but it had what we (a family with two adults and two kids of 1 and 4 years) needed. It's very close, within walking distance, to everything in Palo Alto. Michele was a great host, very helpful everytime we needed something. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend the place to others.
We loved our stay in Michele's home! It is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. The neighborhood is great and really close to great parks for kids and University ave for all social events.
Charming host and charming little house. Michele's lovely little house is truly cozy and, while located in downtown Palo Alto, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. From the location one can walk to the Stanford campus, stroll University Ave., stop for coffee or lunch at a sidewalk café or if the mood strikes take the Caltrain to San Francisco.
The house itself is spacious, atmospheric and possesses all necessary amenities. Thank you Michele. Lise and Skip Hayden
This little charming house was perfect for our stay in Palo Alto, the location was ideal. We ejoyed every minute in the house, and will absolutely rent it again next time we visit.
Although I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Michele, I felt her support with any of my concerns either via text or email. I had enjoyed my stay. Although it didn't have a washer dryer, Michele had supplied me with a list of must sees (laundry mat, different grocery stores, etc.). I was grateful for that.
I would recommend her as a host!!
Michele was amazing, she met me at the front door to give me a tour of the home, warmed it up for me before I got there and left me the keys. Her place is quite and cozy and incredibly easy to walk downtown from. I will be staying here again for sure.
very nice household except the driveway is a little dark during the night. Everything's perfect!
