Cajun Cottage located on the Bayou Teche in Downtown New Iberia's Historic Main St. The property is lined with old Oak and Cypress trees with a beautiful view of the bayou. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, and shopping. 8 miles from Avery Island. Coffee, cream, and sugar provided.. The cottage is a private space with kitchenette, living area, separate bedroom, and screened in patio. Very private and peaceful setting.

The cottage is a private space with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living/dining and kitchenette (mini fridge/freezer, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, griddle, convection oven) Living space has sofa that folds to 1 twin. Screened in patio with outdoor dining table. BBQ available on request. Front porch rocking chairs.

The cottage has been a bed and breakfast for the last 25 years! We are life long residents of New Iberia (Cajuns) and we recently bought this property and we are still in amazement at how beautiful it is. We always dreamed of bayou property and this place is too good to be true, we love it!
