- The 2-story property requires 8 stairs to access. A spiral staircase is required to access the loft
- Due to HOA regulations, ATVs are not allowed
- Your safety matters. The property features an exterior security camera located on the corner of the deck facing the parking area. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when motion is detected
