This is one of the few places in the area with this amenity.
The weather is already great in Jordan! Start your day with breakfast on the shaded and breezy balcony, coffee down the road, a lovely walk for desserts, shopping at the mall and then end your day with dinner or BBQ at the main balcony.

24/7 self check-in. Walking distance from 2 malls, shops, restaurants, etc. 1 BR, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, fully equipped kitchen, sitting rm, washing machine, etc. Clean, comfortable and modern-styled apartment. And now includes Air Conditioning!

The space
Central location, walking distance from shopping malls. Cozy modern apartment. Rooftop so you get a nice view of the neighborhood. One king size bed and a comfortable couch, so can fit 2 comfortably (up to 3).

Guest access
The whole apartment is yours which includes all services (washing machine, iron, fan, heater, etc...). A shisha is also available, but for balcony use only, as smoking is not allowed indoors.

Products in the kitchen are for your full use, and it is ready to start cooking (which includes: spices, etc...)

Other things to note
Can arrange for a TAXI to pick you up. You will also get to use a bottle of home grown and made Olive Oil and Green Olives - a specialty of the region - as well as possibly other seasonal products (subject to availability). Finally, please note that Air Conditioning (AC) has been installed in April, 2018 for tenant's use.

I realise this is when you say where you are from, but it's complicated. I am born, raised and lived in different places in the world, but Amman is currently my home. I speak few languages, and know words from others, (like Hello, Hola, Marhaba, Yassou, Salut, Sawasdeka… lol), but more importantly, I love to travel, including internally, so know how to spice up your travel, and always looking forward for a nice hang out.
