Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin perfect for a couple, with a fully equipped kitchen and located on our riverfront campground property. Located just a few miles outside of Morrisville and near the popular resort town of Stowe (20 min drive). Plus, close to so many trails, great Vermont attractions and local craft breweries. Centrally located between three nearby mountain resorts; Stowe, Smugglers Notch and Jay Peak.

The space
The cabin is located at Mountain View Campground. It accommodates 2 guests and is furnished with a queen size bed and Roku television in the bedroom, cozy sitting area with gas fireplace, desk and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a private bathroom, covered front porch and outdoor fireplace w/ grill and picnic table. Parking is available right in front of the cabin for a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Guests can enjoy a short walk down to access the Lamoille River that flows along the back of the campground property. Great spot for tubing, fishing or just relaxing!

SUMMER: The cabin is located on our operational campground property, with 62 sites and 3 cabins, which is open for RV and tent campers from mid May to the 2nd Monday of October. During that time, guests will have access to all campground amenities (Including pools (seasonal), hot tub, games, dog park, laundry room and camp store).

WINTER/OFF SEASON: Just 3 cabin rentals are open for guests. The hot tub is the only amenity available and is shared with the other cabin rentals.

Where you’ll be

Morristown, Vermont, United States

The town of Morrisville is just a few miles down the road and has most of the stores and services you may need on your trip. There are grocery stores and several restaurants and great breweries. You won't need to go far for food, whether you are going out to eat or picking up something and relaxing in the cabin. Just a little further, in the town of Stowe there are many wonderful restaurants and little shops to keep you occupied.

In the warmer months, there are tons of trails to explore by foot or bike and many waterways and reservoirs for boating and fishing. Smugglers Notch State Park, Elmore State Park, Green River Reservoir, Mt. Mansfield, The Long Trail and the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail to name a few. Access to the Lamoille River is just steps away for excellent trout fishing and tubing.

Many trails are also accessible in the winter to snowshoe, cross-country ski or fat bike. Looking to ski or ride? We are centrally located between 3 great resorts; 30 min to Stowe or Smugglers and 50 to Jay Peak.

Northern Vermont is also a beautiful place to visit to view some New England fall foliage.
