Everything is within walking distance to nearby restaurants, shopping, Jazz clubs, Discos, Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, Espanola Way. Do not be fooled or tricked by renting an apartment NOT IN SOUTH BEACH! You will have to take buses and TAXI everywhere.
The apartment is 39 square meters/420 sq feet and has two (2) large comfortable beds. Free WiFi is included. The apartment has a renovated bathroom and kitchen. Other features for your enjoyment are: television, air conditioning, ceiling fan, pots, pans, linens, pillows, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. I'll give you beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella.
Nearby explore and head over to stunning KEY BISCAYNE, spend the day in lovely COCONUT GROVE, what about a nice drive downtown to check out Bayside and all the new hotels and night life of Brickell Ave, Mid Town, Design District and Mary Brickell Village. Drive over to breath taking CORAL GABLES AND GO FOR A SWIM AT THE VENETIAN POOL! What about Ft. Lauderdale?! Key West?! Sanibel and Captiva Island!? Drive North to Orlando and check out WALT DISNEY WORLD AND VISIT HARRY POTTER AND JAWS AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS! Go shopping and be amazed at all the discounts you get at SAWGRASS MILLS - WEST OF FORT LAUDERDALE - fill your suitcase with Ambercrombie and Fitch, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren and Polo, Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's, Hollister and the list goes on!

Great location close to great shopping restaurants, nightlife and park and 4 minute walk to the beach.
Walking everywhere is easy. There are bicycles and scooters to rent, local buses, UBER and RideFreeBee. From Miami Airport a taxi is a flat $33. Super Shuttle is $16 per person. We do not recommend the bus from the airport. Check out (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) for more information.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: is at 3pm (15:00) and check out is by 12:00pm. This allows me to professionally clean the apartment between guests. If not checked out by 12:15pm a fee of $200 will be charged.
NECESSARY INFORMATION: You must provide us with you estimated arrival time at least a week before arrival. Ideally flight information (airline, flight number and arrival time) and if you are renting a car at the airport. This will allow us to coordinate your check in ahead of time. We will also need to know how many beds you need prepared for your arrival.
COMMUNICATING WITH HOST FOR CHECK IN: Please make sure you have a mobile telephone to SMS/Text and call the host as we do not wait at the apartment for our guests to arrive. Once LEAVING the airport you must SMS or call notifying us you are on your way. This is the only way we can communicate, so if coming from another country please ensure your mobile will work in the USA as you many not have access to WiFi service until you are inside the apartment. We will not be reading emails for communicating with check in guests.
HOLDING LUGGAGE: We do not nor can not hold your luggage. If you arrive early, you can have lunch and the restaurant can hold your luggage. You can not store your luggage inside the flat, as the cleaning lady needs to clean it.
KEYS: We provide only ONE SET OF KEYS for the apartment. If you are more than one person, I cannot give more keys.
LOCKOUTS: If you lock yourself out of the apartment by losing keys or leaving them inside the apartment, you will incur a $100 fee to regain access. Between the hours of 10pm and 9am the fee will be $200 and will require contacting a locksmith as the host is not available during those hours.
BALCONY: Please do not leave any personal items on either the front or kitchen balcony. This is STRICTLY against building rules. Hanging clothes or towels on the front balcony or back balcony is against the rules of the apartment complex and is strictly forbidden. This includes towels, clothes, shoes, sneakers, flip flops or socks. Please use the hanging rack for clothes and towels provided inside the apartment. Note that items left on the kitchen balcony will blow away or fall down, to an area that we cannot access. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left on the balcony.
OUTSIDE HALLWAY LIGHT: the light located outside the apartment is for the safety and security of all guests on 2nd floor of the building and at night it is required to be on by Law. Please do not touch nor turn off this this light in any way.
GARAGE: The apartment comes with one PRIVATE and secure parking space in the building. As in all big cities, we recommend renting a compact or midsize car for small parking spaces. When parking in the space you must BACK IN the vehicle and ensure that your car is parked far back enough close to the gate. TRUCKS and SUVs will not fit so we cannot accept, please use smaller vehicle. This is so our neighbors parked directly opposite can park their car as well as allow other cars to move around in the garage. You may only use the Garage Space Assigned which is written in the back of the parking space in black the same number as the apartment. If you park your car in another spot, or out in the street, may get towed away and the cost is $400 to retrieve car.
SMOKING: Is NOT allowed inside the apartment; only outside in the balcony. For privacy and quiet of our neighbors we ask that you do not hang out in front of the apartment on the balcony and use the kitchen balcony instead.
MAIL – NO MAIL – You are a guest in my home. Under no circumstances are you (the guest) to be given access to my (the host) mailbox. The mailbox is for the mail of the host, and is private. The guest shall not use the address of the apartment as a delivery system or mail system for Amazon, Ebay or the like.
If the guest does not read the House Rules, or chooses to ignore this rule, the following shall apply: The host is not responsible for any lost or stolen mail. If your package arrives after you leave the country....THE HOST IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING YOU YOUR PACKAGE TO YOUR COUNTRY! If you really feel compelled to have mail delivery service, PLEASE CONTACT THE UPS STORE AT 1521 Alton Road, Miami Beach FL 33139 Ph(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Any of these violations will result in FULL loss of your security deposit:
-touching outside light
-hanging things on front or back balcony
-using the linens in the bag placed for the next guest
- losing or forgetting to return keys at check out.
- putting dirty dishes or pots back into the cupboard
- leaving trash and bags full of trash inside the flat
- leaving garbage and food in the sink, then checking out
- too much sand, piles of sand on the chairs, furniture, floor and in the beds
DIRTY LINENS: Please leave the dirty linens in the laundry bin in the closet. Do not wash or wipe the floors with the towels. Towels that are left black from cleaning floors will result in $50 per towel from your Security Deposit. You will notice bags of linens in the closet. These linens are for the following guests that are checking in the day you check out. DO NOT USE THESE LINENS IN THE BAG PLEASE.
CHECK OUT: please try to clean a little before you leave. When you check out, leave the remote control for the gate, and the keys on the table in living room.
The security deposit is given back after checkout as long as nothing is destroyed, missing, the flat is not filthy dirty, nor violations previously noted.
HOURS OF OPERATION: Host is available from 9am - 8pm from Monday - Saturday for assistance. Calls, text and emails will be replied to during these hours. Sundays, U.S. and Christian Holidays – CLOSED. Anything urgent, dial 911 for Emergency.
NO LOUD NOISE/ MUSIC and PARTYING: My neighbors need to rest when home so please be respectful and party in the many great places in South Beach. While in the apartment enjoy the quiet space.
NO LOITERING OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT/ BUILDING. Again my neighbors do not want to be disturbed so I ask that when you are in the hallway or outside the building to keep your voices down and be respectful of others.
AIR CONDITIONING: please turn off before you leave. I know you want to come back to a cool flat, however, running the air conditioning unit constantly will cause it to break. Please be advised it may take 2 full days before my repairman can come out to fix the air conditioning unit.
CHECK OUT: Please try to clean a little before you leave. When you check out, LEAVE the keys on the table in living room and the apartment door UNLOCKED.
