About this listing
You will start to relax as soon as you drive down the driveway. You might see deer grazing outside your bedroom window in the morning and evening and there are lots of birds to watch. A morning walk by the pond is a great way to start your day.
Enjoy a peaceful night with privacy in a very safe neighborhood whether you are visiting the area or just passing through. This cute little guest house is next to but separate from the main house. You have your own entrance, kitchenette, full bath, large bedroom with a queen size bed, and an upstairs loft with 4 twin beds all covered with hand made quilts. The bathroom is in the bedroom making this house more appropriate for families than 6 adults.
PLEASE READ: We have free Wi-Fi but we have data restriction and ask that guests not do any data intensive activities (movies/video, music, online gaming, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), facetime, etc. We aren't cheap, we just don't have any other options here at this time. We have a TV for playing movies from our classic DVD collection. Cell phone service can be spotty here (especially if you are not on Verizon) but we can provide you with a house phone for US calls (no international calls).
The kitchen has a refrigerator, small stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker with cooking utensils and pots and pans.
We provide clean linens, tea and coffee. Grocery stores are nearby (5 – 6 miles) if you want to bring your own supplies. We use fragrance-free products in cleaning the house and linens. People with fragrance allergies should be comfortable here.
The only rules are no smoking and no pets.
