Very large one bedroom condo on the ground floor level, located right next to the heated Columbine Pool and four Hot Tubs. At 840 square feet, our home is larger than most 2 bedrooms in town. The Lift condos are a 3 minute walk to the lifts and located in downtown Breckenridge for quick access to Main Street shops and restaurants. There are two assigned parking places - one is a covered carport directly in front of the unit!
This unit has updated floors and trim, ceilings and lighting, bathroom and kitchen, and high quality bedding and linens. There is also a ski closet right inside the door for a convenient spot to store your equipment! All of the updates were finished in a modern Colorado mountain theme. Also included is a 46" HD TV in the family room and a smaller one in the bedroom with DVD players and cable. Upgrades in 2013 include additional kitchen updates. This unit is perfect for your ski holiday!
Our home will sleep up to 6, with a queen bed and a day bed with trundle in the bedroom. The living area has a pull out queen sofa sleeper with a brand new memory foam mattress and an over-sized chair that folds out into a twin bed.
We love this unit for the proximity to everything that Breckenridge has to offer - skiing, hiking & biking, great shopping, a charming downtown, and friendly people. Yet, our home is quiet - a very peaceful getaway!
Please note. As we do not live in Breckenridge, we do not provide breakfasts. Coffee and tea are available and you will be just a couple minutes to walk down to the base of Peak 9 for lots of options. Try the Blue Moose - one of our favorites if you have time for a sit down breakfast!

NOTE: WE DO HAVE A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING THE SKI SEASON AND A FIVE NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING HOLIDAYS. WE'LL WAIVE THE MINIMUM STAY 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
Ski slopes are a short walk away. Downtown is even closer. Also access to clubhouse with pool, sauna, hot tubs and changing rooms - just a few steps from our front door.
Interaction with Guests
As we live out of town, we don't always get the pleasure of meeting our guests in person, but we do communicate often via text, email and phone to help ensure that you have a great stay!
Location! Location! Location! Short walk to downtown and the ski slopes.
We are on the shuttle route, but we never use it. Closer to walk to where we need to go.
Other Things to Note
Located approximately one block from Main Street. 3 minute walk to Peak 9 Lifts. Pool and hot tubs just steps outside the door.
No Pets. No smoking. Quiet hours after 10 PM.
Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay. Damages will be applied to the credit card used in the reservation.
Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. Cleaning can be scheduled for an additional fee.
Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guests less than 25 years of age must have an adult with them for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement. A $100 fine per day may also apply.
A $25 fine will be charged per key that is not returned to the lock box.
Check-out time of 10:00 a.m. is strictly adhered to. $100 fine will be charged for late check-outs.
Condo is fully furnished. Linens and towels are provided for guests. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Wi-Fi is available for no charge. Log-in and password information is in the unit. There is no phone in the unit.
(For individuals with pet allergies, please note that the owners may occasionally bring their dog to the unit.)
The cabin is cozy, roomy and well laid out with lots of room to have friends over for dinner and card games. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and its great for skiing with proper storage. The walk to the slopes is less than 10 minutes with lots of rental spots around. The hot tub area was very close, too, and was a frequent visit!
The home was cozy and well equipped with the things we would need. While not a ski in/ski out, the walk to the slope was only a few minutes. The condo is perfectly located to check out other ski resorts in the area. The only problem was the parking! The spot is VERY narrow. We had a four wheel drive vehicle and had to unload everything before we could pull into the spot (and pull in our mirrors to make sure we didn't scrape them). We had a larger four wheel vehicle. Certainly not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of.

Proximity to Peak 9 base was a nice feature. You are about 150 yards or so. A bit of a schlep with boots on but it was easy to walk over in shoes and changes to boots with plenty of free storage at Peak 9. Being so close is a great feature as the car was used minimally.
The condo is on the ground level so if you are looking for a view this is not the one. We slept 4 adults comfortably. You could sleep six however with one bathroom and minimal drawer storage available it would likely be a bit tight for 6 adults.
The unit itself was a bit hard to find. The markings on the building were hard to see when we arrived and the number order of the condos did not make sense. Just remember last parking space on the left, last condo and you will be OK. More explicit description of the location would have been helpful.
Regarding parking. The spot assigned is VERY tight and if you have a big SUV it will be a tight squeeze.
Bring your own bars of soap as there was one tiny travel soap provided. The women were frustrated that the hair blower kept turning off so might want to bring you as well.
The place has a fully outfitted kitchen.
So bottom line...clean well outfitted space for 4 adults that was a good value for the location. Would defiantly revisit and recommend.
Charles, thanks for staying with us! You are so right with the parking spot in front of our unit, but we do have a 2nd assigned parking space that is quite roomy and will easily accommodate a larger vehicle. And, we've replaced the hair dryer! We also saw from your comments that you were expecting personal toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner). We have not provided in the past for our guests as most individuals do bring personal items, but we do appreciate the feedback and will visit this again! We hope you enjoyed the fantastic powder for your stay and will visit our little town (and mountain) again soon!
Great location for everything we wanted to do. Once you arrive you will have no need for a car, just walk out the door and you're right by everything. The hot tubs closed at 9pm, so you know. If you don't like springy mattresses then consider bringing a camping pad to sleep on. The lift was only a 3 minute walk from the condo! Location, location, location!
