Roger and Catherine (and of course not to forget cute baby Chris) were excellent hosts! Very friendly and nice people. The room was cosy and comfortable. Very well equipped. The back lawn came with a perfect view of the lake! And not to forget the sumptuous breakfast. Roger was very kind to drive to the spa to return my friend's jacket. Really enjoyed our short stay.
Highly recommend Roger and Catherine. Catherine was extremely helpful in recommending activities while we were there. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Although we had an early departure in the morning, Catherine went above and beyond to prepare our breakfast so that we had something to eat before our flight. Thanks again Roger and Catherine!
We had a lovely stay with Roger and Catherine. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented. Fabulous breakfast! Our hosts had plenty of useful advice regarding routes to take and sights to see. Wish we had more time to spend there. Thanks.
Highly Recommended. Very clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and fabulous location for Rotorua visit. From the warm welcome by Roger and Kat, to the beautiful, peaceful lakeside setting, to the generous sight-seeing assistance from Roger and Kat, to the delicious and sumptuous breakfasts - our two nights were a wonderful experience. Everything was spotlessly clean in the room and ensuite bath, with all the amenities one might wish, including tea and coffee in the room. The bed is very comfortable, the room quiet, and we both slept very well. Roger and Kat welcomed us to their deck with stunning views of Lake Rotorua, and Kat took Wendy to their beach to feed the (almost tame) black swans. Roger and Kat are truly lovely and interesting people, and so kind to share their experiences of Rotorua and New Zealand with first-time visitors to this part of the world.
Our stay with Roger and Katz was very nice. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. Katz is great in the kitchen and prepared the most delicious Asian breakfast. Their place is conveniently located to the city and had a lovely view. Roger help to book our Hangi. I would recommend their place.
