I am very central. I live with my son who is 8 years old. Munich is a very big city and I can show you around to places in the city if you would like. There is a Tv in the room as well as telephone. There can be multiple guests. There is a shower. There are also keys to come and go as you would like. I live in the first floor. At night it is a very quiet neighborhood. There is a playground behind me and children can play here in the sand box.
My stay at Susanne's was good. I was not there much as I spent most of my day exploring the city. Her location next to the Giesing U-Bahn stop (U2) was very convenient - I felt the walk and surrounding neighborhood was very safe, even in the middle of the night. I spent a few moments with her and her son, very nice people. And the Wifi worked well for me.
When I come back to Munich (great city), I will probably try to find somewhere with a little more personal space both with the bedroom and bathroom, but for my purposes as an Oktoberfest attendee and first-time Munich visitor, Susanne's place worked out well.
The location is good - no far from s bahn and u bahn, just few meters to the bus stop.
There was a wifi and tv.
Susanne is a nice person, very friendly and helpful.
I didn't had any problems staying in Susanne's place. I felt welcome and haven't experienced any inconveniences.
We felt very comfortable at Susanne's place. She was very friendly and so was her son who gladly had a few video games with my partner. We were a couple so there was a fold out bed for us as well as another single bed. It was easy for us to get the tram down the street to get to the October fest grounds. Internet was good and Susanne even rung us after realizing we'd left for the day without knowing the code - it was convenient when we needed it later that night. Would stay here again if we were in Munich.
Conveniently located - 5 mins walk from train station with easy connections to the town centre.
