Why pay for a motel when you could stay in a quiet, clean, and cozy suite? Private 2nd floor suite is essentially a 1-bedroom apartment with bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and living area. 2nd floor has its own microwave, Keurig, and mini fridge. Relax on your own couch with wall mounted tv, Apple TV, and a large collection of board games.

The first floor has a laundry room and home gym with treadmill. The home is brand new, in a safe quiet neighborhood, and close to everything!

The space
The space is a second floor suite with private double sink bathroom, bedroom, and bonus room living area. Suite is gated off from the first floor and a privacy curtain limits noise between the two areas. There are two cats that live in the home office upstairs, which is not included as part of the AirBnb.

There are two large dogs that live downstairs. They can be noisy and bark at first (it’s the nature of the breed), but relax once they realize that we have guests. 🙂
